Top Floor Condo in Heart of Downtown

Great place and location. Host team was responsive when needed. We were in town for a concert at Live Oak and this was the perfect spot within walking distance.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were great—friendly, incredibly responsive, and made everything so easy. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has tons of seating, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also ideal: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still only about a 15-minute walk to the Wilmington Riverfront with all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Wrightsville Beach was also just about a 20-minute drive away. It really felt like the best of both worlds—peaceful and relaxing while still being close to everything we wanted to do. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay here while we were in between homes and waiting to move into our permanent residence. Since we stayed for an extended period of time, we really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the home was. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, parking was always easy, and the location was very convenient for getting around Wilmington. The house itself is nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. Blair and the hosts were responsive and made the entire experience easy. We are very grateful to have had such a nice place to stay during our transition and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington, especially for a longer stay.

This was perfect for our stay in Wilmington. The three bedroom set up was exactly what we needed. The surrounding area was nice, and close to many downtown restaurants and locations. We had an easy drive to most places we needed to get to or chose to visit. The description was accurate. The best thing was that Blair was the BEST host. Responsive, caring, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again or seek out a property managed by Blair. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

The place was absolutely perfect! It’s such a great place to stay with a group of friends if you enjoy walking and exploring. Every restaurant, coffee shop, and most of the activities we wanted were just a 10 minute walk away. The place itself was clean, cozy, and spacious enough that we never felt cramped and always felt right at home. This place was amazing! I was here for work and it was a 7 min walk from my office and walking distance to all the great places downtown! Even if you needed to take a drive- nowhere was more than 15 mins away. I hope to stay here again!

We rented Blair’s place while in town for a wedding. Split between three couples it was very affordable. It was exactly what we needed for one night in town!

We were in Wilmington, NC to visit family, the location was perfect, our longest drive to family was 20 minutes. The place was amazing, very relaxing, awesome couch, we had at one time 5 people sitting on it, watching movies and everyone was very comfortable, I slept awesome, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was great, although we didn't cook that much, the bathrooms were a good size, (note, I shared my bathroom with my 27 year old son). I could go on and on, it was a great visit, was a little sad to leave, it felt like home. And last but not least, Blair and staff were amazing. I will absolutely rent there again. Blair, thank you for everything.

Very responsive host!! Very flexible check in time!! The home was nice and cozy, very clean and homelike. The surrounding area was great!! The ice cream shoppe down the street was amazing!! Although we only stayed 2 nights it was a very nice getaway!! My family and I would definitely come back!!

We had a great time at Blair's place, with four adults, one kid, one toddler, and one dog. Her apartment is decorated really stylishly and thoughtfully. The patio swing on the covered porch was a bonus we weren't expecting. Her place is right in the arts district, so lots of places to check out and live music easy to find nearby, as well as about 15-20 min walk (20 mins with a toddler!) to the river walk where there are tons of restaurants, shops, and river views. Blair was also good at checking in to make sure we were comfortable but also gave us privacy/space so we felt at home and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great quick getaway for my group of girlfriends. Blair's place is just what we needed, cute, clean and very walkable to nearby restaurants. One of my friends left behind something and Blair was kind enough help coordinate and have it shipped back! Would definitely stay again!

The home is not in the best down town location. 20 min Walk to River Walk, and does not appear to be particular safe if not walking in group. AC broke at arrival. However Blair was excellent in her communication skills and kind. She moved us to a beach house in Carolina Beach right away which was very appreciated. However the home itself gets 4 stars from us.

This was a wonderful 3-bedroom place located near the riverfront. It was easily walkable to boardwalk and attractions. We felt safe and comfortable with the area. The home was clean and very comfortable for a party of 6 and is equipped for adults or family vacations. It is a short drive from the beaches where we enjoyed Thursday evening fireworks on the boardwalk at Carolin Beach. The homeowner was very responsive and gave us great suggestions for the area. We very much enjoyed staying in this unit and would definitely recommend it to others who come to this area.

A charming home within walking distance to downtown. Whether your looking for a peaceful vacation or to be near the action of the downtown area, this is a great place to stay! Parking was never an issue and the neighborhood was very quiet. Everything was just as described and very clean.

My family and I had a lovely four-day stay at Blair’s top-floor condo in downtown Wilmington. The space was as described: clean, well appointed, and everything in working order. The waterfront was within easy walking distance. The neighborhood was calm yet pleasantly quirky with art in the medians and street gardens, plus coffee shops and restaurants just steps away.

Our experience was great! Blair was very responsive and provided all the detail’s needed for a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better - super walkable to many nearby restaurants (within blocks) and an easy stroll to the downtown area where you can find more restaurants and shops. And if you happen to be attending a concert at Live Oak, it is a mere 10 min walk to the venue. We hope to stay here again when we return to the Wilmington area.

Blair's place is awesome for exploring downtown Wilmington ! It's on such a fun street in the Brooklyn arts district with interesting houses to look at and eclectic art in the middle grassy area on the road. We loved the place itself with its fun design and art .the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed . Shampoo, soap and conditioner were also available and a few basics in the kitchen too. It's a great deal in an awesome location with a resource host !

Blair’s place is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I stayed here for about a week while repairs were being done to our home. Very clean, loved all of the cute decor and attention to detail this place has! The swing on the porch was a plus, especially for the kids. They enjoyed going out and getting fresh air while swinging. Blair’s place definitely gives a very at home feeling which is a plus!!! The only thing I would recommend is tvs in the bedrooms. That would be my only complaint but I still give 5 stars! Very convenient to everything, check in was very easy, communication was great and fast! Love the fact it’s pet friendly and I didn’t have to leave my fur baby behind! Highly recommend and would stay again!!!

The location was perfect, offering both a peaceful retreat and easy access to all the city's attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area made it feel like a home away from home. It's a short walk to downtown, making it easy for us to get around. The check-in/checkout process was smooth and she accommodated our flight times with a slightly later checkout. This is our third trip to WIlmington (our son attends UNCW) and we love the Brooklyn Arts District. It has some of our favorite restaurants and is walkable to downtown. Blair's place is perfect location to access all that BAD has to offer!

Everything was prefect I'd say the only thing is the master bedroom door didn't shut all the way there was a little crack but I think it was the moisture from the outside.

We felt the space was nicely designed, clean and a great location minutes from most activities/eateries. I enjoyed the porch swing nearly every morning and parking was easy on the road infront of the home. Space could use curtains in front bedroom where sun rises, TV option in rooms, forks and in general more of the dishware. We didn't care for having a checkout list when paying for a cleaning fee but was simple. Also the back room bed was firm (memory foam) and tilting? So we slept in the front room (pillow top). We appreciated the modern appliances, small design details to make you smile and pet friendly home. Host was responsive and couch is comfortable with a nice TV. Heared a good deal of downstairs neighbors (but that comes with a shared home) and across the street construction company(?) during day.

Nice duplex, we stayed in the top unit. Very comfortable living space. Close to downtown, lots of dog friendly restaurants, which we loved. The neighborhood was nice and everyone we met was very nice.

Me and a group of friends had a great stay at Blairs house. We walked to downtown and other nearby areas and was a very convenient location to get to a number of places! Multiple bars/coffee shops/brewery right around the block. The girls loved walking over to the One Tree Hill Bridge just a block over as well! The dogs also had a great time as well and loved that we could bring them. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Super cute condo and we loved how the place was decorated. We came to the area for a wedding and Blair was very responsive and let me know that her condo was only 3 blocks away from the wedding. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was construction across the street and the workers sat and stared at my friends and I and it made us a little uneasy. The condo itself was wonderful.

Beautiful! The sofa was amongst the comfiest I have ever experienced in any airbnb. I hate when the pictures are beautiful and then you sit on the furniture and it feels like cardboard, this was not the case.

Blair’s Condo was very nicely decorated. All of the furniture and beds were nice and the apartment had a very cohesive feel. The Kitchen was stocked with basic items enough for a couple nights but not the best for cooking larger meals for a family. Everything was neat and tidy expect for the linen closet which was quite messy and some of the cabinets in the kitchen had some leftover items from the previous guests. All of the bathroom products were very nice and the ample amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent was definitely a nice touch. The Area was not the nicest. Ok for the suburban area of the city but wouldn’t reccomend taking walks later at night and early in the morning. Not lots of traffic in front of the unit but there was a good amount of construction directly in front and next to the unit. Blair was responsive and has a simple check in and check out process. Overall, I would reccomend this unit to friends I would just make sure they knew the area they’d be in.
