Blair was super responsive whenever I had a question! She was very nice and accommodating. The Airbnb itself was great, but didn’t get good sleep because upstairs neighbors are constantly walking around and you can hear every step.

Super cute and very clean! Within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and shopping. 10/10 recommend!

Very comfortable and cozy apartment— Perfect for short or long stays. My girlfriend and I stayed for about a week and we felt right at home. Well equipped with cooking utensils and central air units. Located a short walk to quaint cafes and hip breweries, a little longer walk to downtown. Would recommend.

We had a great stay overall. The place had all the amenities we needed, and the host was kind enough to let us extend our stay, which we really appreciated. We did have a couple of minor issues, but the host was very responsive and addressed them quickly. Communication was easy, and everything was handled professionally. We would definitely stay here again.

I had such a good time at Blair’s! I even said out loud, “Wow, I would live here”! It's such a cozy and relaxing space. I would definitely stay here again, and the responses are so quick! I booked it and then an hour later I was watching tv! 11/10 place

It was a good place to stay in the Wilmington area. The photos properly reflected the unit and it was very clean. Our only issue was the noise from the unit above us. The floors creaked every time they would walk about, one of the nights the noise woke us up in the wee hours. Overall a decent place to stay.

Blair’s place was very comfortable and felt like home! It was perfect for me to stay for the week while I helped out my sister with her new baby! It was perfectly located nearby her house, had ample street parking and designated parking in the back. It was perfectly clean and ac/heat units worked great! I also was able to easily cook my meals with all the kitchen tools supplied! I would say that the other reviews are accurate in that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around - just the nature of an older house, it did not bother me at all! But if that would bother you, I would make note of that beforehand. I will absolutely be re-booking Blair’s place in the future!

This stay was overall pretty good. The Airbnb itself is cute, although there are some creaky floorboards (especially in the bathroom), the upstairs neighbor is loud, and the parking lot is somewhat difficult to get to. The tv is huge, the couch is comfy, and the kitchen is beautiful, though! Overall I enjoyed the stay, and would return.

Great place to stay, everything looked like the photos and it was very clean. When we pulled up the neighbors looked a little questionable but it was very safe and enjoyed our stay so much. This is going to be a yearly stay for us!

Great stay! Cozy apartment right next to down town, only about a 10 minute walk to the downtown, and another 10 to the river walk. Easy to find, park, and get inside. Clean, cozy, and everything we needed for a great weekend. Great price for the location!

Looks like the photos and was a great place for my solo trip! If you’re a light sleeper you can hear the people upstairs walking around and someone snoring! Nothing Blair can help with, but wanted to give a heads up. Would stay here again if I’m in the area.

This review was well equipped but ended up being small for a month long stay. Needed more closet/clothing storage space. Overall this place would be good for a short stay

Very nice stay! Clean and had everything you needed. There isn’t any place to put your clothes like a closet or drawers, but still was fine. Really liked the apartment, cute, cozy, and clean!!! Great stay.

This place was clean, cozy, and comfortable — a perfect spot for a relaxing stay. It’s conveniently located within a short distance of the beach and surrounded by plenty of great local spots to explore.

We had such a wonderful stay @ the Sunny Stay. What a lovely little place with tons of amenities. Very close to downtown, fair distance from tons of stores/groceries/restaurants.. About 30 minutes from the beach. Blair, the host, was very nice and responsive. We will be back. Definitely recommend!!!

I loved the spot and everyone in the neighborhood that I ran into was so kind. Parking was abundant, usually when I book a place it's hard to find a spot but I was able to park in front of the house every time plus the parking area in the back of the apartment was very spacious.

All the Air BnB in Wilmington book fast. Spring and summer are coming fast....and even though you stay for a month or so at a time.....the owner has agreements with AirBnB that manages the place, so sometimes it is hard to make adjustments. Make sure to not check in and out times as they are not like Hotels.

Stay was great and Blair was a wonderful host! Very fast communication, easy check-in, beautiful decor and setup! Very close to the downtown area where you will find lots of good restaurants and cute shops!

Decent place but the walls were paper thin and some amenities were missing. That being said Blair did her best to make everything right

We really enjoyed our stay quiet, cozy, clean, updated stainless appliances, washer/dryer and remote hvac units . Amply stocked Kitchen all the pans and dishes utensils, spices, foil, toiletries linens, anything you need as if you were at your own home with dish, soaps, clothes detergent, washing soaps, and conditioners, and other cleaning products. Plenty of parking, stores shops/brewerys family like environments with a wide age range of games entertaining things to do, coffee shops and small diners are just a few blocks away and just a few minutes walk to get there. Blair is an amazing host. After having a small complication of how to work, the HVAC unit upon arrival. She displayed expert customer service skills, Easy to get a hold of, quick to respond, and genuinely dedicated to resolving the issue quickly, after few minutes of troubleshooting and identifying the issue, she sent a maintenance tech we were good to go with in the hour We extended our stay and will stay again :)

Blair’s place was amazing!

Tidy but small. Pictures did the place justice. Had my 6 yr old daughter and wasn’t what I expected with location. Definitely were concerns. I’ll leave it at that.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the sunny stay for a week and loved it! We checked in late at night and had some trouble with the door code but Blair was there to answer my questions and make sure we felt secure. One of the few Airbnbs I’ve had that looked exactly like the pictures! Would definitely recommend staying here.

First off, the code they sent me for the front door was different the code on the checkin instructions. The lock numbers didn't light up when you put the code in. Location of the home was not very safe. As a young female staying at this Airbnb with another young female, I would not recommend. We tried walking 4 mins down the road and felt incredibly unsafe, cat called several times and quite a few homeless people. The parking is best for this unit on the street but if you have to park in the back in the "parking lot" there is broken glass all over the ground and trash everywhere. It's supposed to be a dog friendly unit but I was uncomfortable walking my dog on any "grass" that was back there due to all the glass. Quite a few bugs in unit. And Keurig was not useable - the water in the Keurig had stuff floating in it and it was yellow. Only had two towels in the unit for us to use. Remote didn't work for tv so had to scavenge for AAA batteries elsewhere. Overall wouldn't stay here again.

I love Wilmington. This place is directly across the street from my brothers home. I will be staying again.

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this one was the least satisfactory. The cleanliness did not match the photos. On arrival, we noticed hair on the kitchen and bathroom counters, and even on the toilet that had a clean strap across it, as if someone used a dirty rag to clean. The shower walls also had hair. Dead bugs were squished on nearly every wall, which was very gross. The floor is uneven, and the walls are paper-thin, making it extremely noisy—we were woken up at 6 am twice due to conversations that sounded like they were in our unit. You can hear toilets flushing and every step from the unit above. We put in a request with Blair to end our trip early, but it was never answered, possibly to avoid refunding our final night, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, we wouldn’t book this place again or recommend it to others.

Blair's place was great! She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The bed was extremely comfortable too. It is very walkable to downtown and local spots within a few blocks radius. If you stay at Blair's place, check out Crofton's Pretzels and Folks Cafe!

Blair is an absolute gem. She helped my family out and delivered the perfrft property. Shes so responsive and easy to deal with! Highly recommended

This is a great choice for anyone visiting Wilmington especially those visiting downtown. The apartment was easy to locate, comfortable, clean, and the check-in/check-out processes very simple.

Great decor and host. Would not walk in neighborhood at night. Can hear neighbors as other reviews note. Good rate for area, but not the safest-feeling neighborhood due to surrounding streets.

Blair was kind and communicated clearly for any instructions or recommendations. The place was more than expected for comfort, cleanliness, and located in a part of the neighborhood that allowed for local exploring. All and any neighbors I crossed paths with were very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors & the floors are a little creaky, but other than that great place!

Blair was extremely responsive and was always very easy to get in touch with if needed. The apartment itself was exactly as described but unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we were able to hear the other guests talking, walking and even a crying baby located in the other apartments in the building. The location is a convenient drive to the downtown Wilmington area where shops and restaurants are located. The apartment was relatively clean, a few minor tweaks could of been made. Overall, it was a good place/value for the money.

Well appointed and cozy (in a good way) with new interior and very nice decor. This unit is in an older house divided into four separate units which appear to have been completely remodeled - everything felt very new. The unit (& kitchen) we stayed in was very well appointed with everything needed to cook, do laundry, make coffee, watch TV, etc. The neighborhood had a good vibe with a great local breakfast/lunch joint 2 blocks away (Folks cafe). Downtown Wilmington is just under one mile. Blair was very responsive, before, during, and after our stay.

Blair's place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Exactly as described. The linens were soft and clean. The mattress was comfortable. Blair was very prompt to respond and communicated thoroughly. We would definitely revisit if ever in the area again.

Very beautiful and cozy stay, felt just like at home with everything you might need all there. Loved the colors throughout the apartment as well as the new appliances and how welcoming Blair was from start to finish. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and straightforward. 5-minute Uber rides to downtown or a 15-minute walk. Would stay again!

A nice and very cozy place near downtown Wilmington in a quaint neighborhood. The walls and flooring are quite then, so expect to hear your neighbors regularly. Otherwise, a nice place for a temporary stay in a small college city.

This place was absolutely perfect for my mini vacation. 15 minutes to where my daughter lives, 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city. The place is as nice as the photos depict and you can tell that great effort was put into remodeling the unit. The neighborhood was quiet and the people I interacted with were friendly. Will be staying here twice a year when I visit my daughter!! 500 stars ⭐️

Blair’s place was great! It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for two people. Staying there felt like home! Lots of good restaurants and cafes close by. Downtown was no more than 5 minutes away! The lot for parking was extremely convenient to have as well. Next time I’m in town for a visit, Blair’s place is on my list for sure.
