This home is a Duplex, two homes side by side. Each side has has a private entrance and none of the spaces are shared. By reserving this home, you will have access to BOTH sides of the duplex!

Both homes are mirrored on the inside, and decorated a little differently to add to your stay!

INTERIOR- First Floor
Upon entering the home, guests can find the interior door to access the garage. Following the hallway around leads to the downstairs hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

Continuing down the hallway, guests will find one bedroom with a Queen size bed and another bedroom with a King Size bed at the rear of the home. This bedroom also provides access to the fully fenced backyard and patio.

INTERIOR- Second Floor
Just up the stairs, you will turn the corner to find the perfect gathering space for your group with an open floor plan kitchen flowing beautifully into the living room with 65" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare your next meal. The island seats 4 along with an additional 4 seats at the dining table.

Just past the living room is a half bathroom leading into the master bedroom with King bed, his and hers closet space, and a large attached bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

This home has it all!

EXTERIOR-
This home has an upstairs level balcony with furniture, a fully fenced backyard, patio with dining table and 3 chairs, outdoor shower, and garage space that can be accessed during your stay.

Entrance-
The front door can be found by walking down the sidewalk to the left and right next to the home. Garage access is provided by using the garage opener from the interior only.

Parking-
Parking for the home is designated in the driveway directly in front of the garage of the homes. The driveway allows for up to 4 compact vehicles to park comfortably, 3 mid-size/large vehicles comfortably. We ask that you park only on the concrete areas, as well as refrain from street parking as it could block the entrance/exit of the neighboring driveways.

This home is located on a beautiful street of beach homes, 7 blocks from the water. While not in a neighborhood, guests can expect to experience all the joys of being in a beach town surrounded by breezy salt air.

The ocean is a 12 minute walk from the home and a 1 minute drive. We recommend a car to experience all that Carolina Beach has to offer. If you need any recommendations during your visit, please do not hesitate to ask!

Guests are provided with beach chairs and sand toys!

Great spot for a large group. Plenty of space and a great location. Gloria was extremely helpful and proactive. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the Kure Beach area.😎

overall, okay stay- not worth the price. cleaners were still there when we came in, and left towels and cleaning supplies out. noticeable smell in one side of the building. some fans and tvs did not work, and many dishes were not clean.

Gloria was a great host. She was very responsive and had clear instructions. We had a problem with the bed frame being broken and she responded fast to the issue by sending out maintenance. Although, the bed was unable to be fixed during our stay requiring a new one, the issue is being compensated with a small refund for the inconvenience. Overall, the house was clean and had everything we needed for our large crowd to have a good time. Water pressure was great in the showers, linens smelled fresh and were clean, bathrooms and kitchens were nice. The garage spaces were perfect for our two rented golf carts that needed charging. This house provided two separate spaces for our party of 10, which worked out great for putting all of our teenagers in their own space. We kind of wished we could access one house from the other, but ultimately that didn’t matter. We would definitely stay here again.
