Blair’s place was amazing, 10/10 would absolutely recommend

Comfy bed- wouldn’t recommend if light sleeper, any movement of people in apartments above felt like it was happening in your room as well.

We loved this place just for a few days in Wilmington! Very convenient location right in downtown and about 30 min to the beach. We had a problem with the keypad for check in but Blair was extremely helpful in communicating what to do to use the back up key! We loved our stay here

Wonderful place if you are looking for something clean, nice, and close to town.

As a host she is so kind and helpful and very communicative!! Unfortunately the place was unclean when we did arrive. There was a hair on the toilet seat, hairs everywhere on the floor and along with a web of dust behind the door when we closed it - it looked like the door had been open for so long no one had cleaned behind it for a while - there also was a dead fly on the floor by the bedroom window, all the windows were unlocked, we did see a bit of mold I believe growing in the corner of the vanity and shower that should be taken care of, the rug also looked very matted and dirty like it has not been washed in a very long time, a hair in between the comforter and sheet once I pulled it back, one of the couch pillows has a completely torn zipper along the bottom and also look like they all have not been washed for a good amount of time. It honestly looks like everything was wiped down very quickly and only the bed was actually fully taken care of. We were not comfortable sadl

We had a great trip and it was in a cute area being in downtown wilmington so you can walk around to all the shops, and Blair is a very good and responsive host !

Blair was very responsive and very helpful. Always messaged to see how the stay was going and was easy to reach if anything went wrong. Place was listed just like the pictures only confusing was finding the gravel parking lot since it was in a tiny alleyway. Everything was great

Very nice and clean, great place if you’re going to a concert at Live Oak. Upstairs tenants can be noisy, and the flooring in the bathroom is starting to lift but overall very well put together. A little smaller than I expected, but I enjoyed my stay.

I would absolutely stay here again. Blair was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is clean, and exactly as pictured. She left a binder with local places recommendations! It was a perfect place for my sister and I and our girls weekend!

We had an Great time at your place. The photos were accurate and walkable to Downtown Wilmington. Great location to walk around the neighborhood and look at the Historical Homes. We had 2 small issues ( Bed Frame and missing paper towels ) We sent the owner a message and took care of the issues right away. Prompt Communication and very friendly. I highly recommend and would stay again. Folks Cafe right down the street is a Great location for Breakfast and coffee. Also the pretzels at Crofton's Pretzels are amazing and also in walking distance.

Everything was excellent

Nice place overall, only complaint is that I could hear the people upstairs every night, made it hard to sleep. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

My stay at this Airbnb was nice. Cute little space, nice kitchen and living room. Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Only complaint was being able to hear neighbors above and beside me, mostly walking around, occasionally talking—but of course nothing to do with the Airbnb itself. The neighborhood felt a little confusing driving around and trying to find where to pull in and park since it was tucked away behind a driveway; but that was just the location. Overall, good stay :)

The place was fairly clean, the bedroom didn’t match the photos exactly but it’s fine, the bed was squeaky at every move. Which was quite annoying. I’m not sure if that’s the design or what but….bed was also very low to the ground… Oh- The place was a lot smaller than the photos. ALOT. The most irritating part of the whole stay was the people upstairs, they made so much noise making it ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. You can hear everything from the walking to the bed thumping to include the squeaking. Very unromantic for me and my husband. I would not recommend this place only because it was so much noise. Even during the daytime all I heard was squeaking and thumping, but of course we didn’t say anything because it was Christmas. But the host was super nice, and was very responsive.

The rental is very clean. Blair is the best host in many ways. Had an issue with the digital door lock at the a very inconvenient time, but Blair responded promptly despite the late hours. Adequate parking but the neighborhood is relatively low income. It’s pretty close to entertainment so that’s a plus.

The area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s only a few minutes away from the Battleship exhibit and the Riverwalk. And Blaire is an excellent host.

This was our second time staying here — we stayed for a week both times. Most recently, we stayed while waiting to get into our new apartment. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating, and the space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It made a stressful time a little easier, and we really appreciated that.

Definitely a great place to stay! So quaint for a couples get away and it is a great location to a lot of restaurants and things to do that we never had to travel too far! They left great options of things to do as places to go if you were stumped which was incredibly helpful! The place smelt and looked clean, and the host was amazing! Great instructions that made it all very easy and was very responsive with any questions that I had! Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely an older home and area but we enjoyed our stay and our host was very helpful.

Clean space that's comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Great appliances that worked well. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic.

All in all I was very pleased with my stay here. Blair was very responsive and accommodating with my requests. I would definitely stay here again.

The door batteries being dead set the tone for our stay. When we walked in, the bed was not made and there were sheets in both the washer and the dryer. The couch and chair were also full of crumbs and not made well. Additionally, as we used dishes throughout the course of our stay it became really apparent that almost nothing had been cleaned or checked for cleanliness (lip marks on glasses, gunk on plates in the cabinet and silverware). The bed also is not supported in the middle, as the metal rods under the center were bent and gave the mattress a u-shape when slept on. The entire time that we stayed here, we could not shake the feeling that we were staying in a unit that was just forgotten about.

Very clean. Looks just like the photos but it is a very small space! Perfect for a solo quick trip. My partner, my dog, and myself stayed here for a month. There is one small closet for storage but no dressers to store clothes. its a quiet neighborhood with a brewery and bar within walking distance. Unfortunately had a noisy upstairs neighbor but otherwise was a pleasant stay. Blair is very responsive and very accommodating.

All in all very good. Very responsive host! Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. A few minor suggestions like deep clean of upholstery in living room and fixing wobbly bar chairs in next maintenance round.

I really wanted to like it here and for the most part we did. There are just a few things that could’ve been better. There were roach traps inside the living room and plenty of them were outside. I’m sure they were just in there just incase but it still made us feel uneasy. The seating in the living area is very uncomfortable. The chairs at the counter are very wobbly and unstable. If you like being sucked into the bed you would find it comfortable. There’s absolutely no shower space for any products. There were some hairs in the shower as well and some furniture was just pretty dusty/ dirty. There were other people staying within the building and you could hear EVERYTHING. All the talking, laughing, walking and running around, loud music, etc. if too many people are logged into streaming accounts it’s unavailable space is very small, in the photos it looked bigger. The location is OK. Close to downtown. If you only plan on being there to just sleep and be out most of the day it’s ok.

Miy stay in North Carolina was very restful peaceful, beautiful and quiet I loved it

We loved the Navy Nest!! The apartment was neat and very cute. It matched our expectations perfectly. The location however, was even better! We were able to drive a few miles every day to get coffee, and access the beach. Our last evening there, our keypad lock malfunctioned and we were unable to access our apartment. I messaged Blair and within the hour, she ensured me that her and her team would come assist us to fix the problem. They did just that and ensured we were able to access the new key and get into the apartment. We appreciated her timeliness and responsiveness. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this airbnb. The biggest problem was cleanliness. There were stains on the bed sheets, there were crumbs all over the floor, and there was wet laundry left in the dryer. I understand that this is not on the host by any means, but rather the cleaning crew. The airbnb is in a great location! Downtown Wilmington, which has a variety of food and things to do, is only a 15 min walk away. Hopefully the host hires a new cleaning crew, and provides extra bed sheets, towels, and blankets in the future.

Extremely responsive and considerate host, as well as a pristine, conveniently located Airbnb within walking distance of beautiful downtown Wilmington. Historical neighborhood with historical markers, museums, and sites that introduce you to the rich culture and vibrant life of Wilmington. I walked from the Airbnb everyday to the waterfront. Very friendly neighbors, and it is a tour of antebellum history if you take the time to explore the area. I work as a trial attorney. The Airbnb is very quiet, so I could conduct Zoom hearings without interruption. Very comfortable bed, and the kitchen has all that you need to cook (as I thoroughly enjoy). Washer/drier supports long-term stays, along with the modern appliances. It is among my finest experiences at an Airbnb, and I travel much of time relying on consistency, safety, and convenience in my surroundings. This Airbnb, and Blair as a host are top notch! Fantastic experience with a great host and property!

I appreciated the updates you did on the one average review you got. Curtain rod is solid. With the location you wouldn’t use it to sit around and do nothing. The couch was perfectly fine.

Blair was such a great host. She was responsive whenever I needed assistance and gave beneficial suggestions. As expected, the place looked exactly like the photos. I felt at home, and I did not want to leave. The peace and comfort I enjoyed is worth every penny. I can't wait to stay there whenever I visit again.

I had a lovely time at Blair’s place. She was great to communicate with and very helpful with anything I needed. The home is beautifully decorated and arranged, makes great use of its space, and was clean as well as inviting. The kitchen is awesome; fully equipped and well stocked with a nice assortment of tea☺️ The location is excellent, centrally located to most everything you need and want in Wilmington, from downtown to the River Walk to a variety of bars & restaurants to the airport. It is walking distance to a great local coffee shop called Folks Café, and about a 20 minute drive to the beach. In case you are a light sleeper or more sensitive, please just note that the walls are thin so if there are neighbors upstairs, you will definitely hear them walking around. Overall, I did feel at home, enjoyed the location, and am grateful for my stay. Thank you Blair🥰

Pros: -Clean (except for oven) -Comfortable bed -Decent location -Provided some comforts, such as tea and Splenda, Foil, creamer, a throw -Decent toilet paper and paper towels -Easy to access Cons: -Not much space for toiletries or clothes -You hear everything from upstairs - every footstep and convo -Shower items are not marked, so we bought soap -No place to hang towels while showering, so we hung them over the curtain rod, which fell several times -No bthrm fan, so it gets and stays very wet -Chair and futon uncomfortable Other things to note: -Though an exception was not made for a refund when my father passed, they did allow a date change. -coffee pods were strange flavors (like coconut), no plain -Not enough room on the bdrm floor for both a suitcase and a dog bed -No toaster -No pot holders -very small 4 nights was way too long for us to feel comfortable here. Investing in a comfy couch, luggage rack and soundproofing would go a long way.

Blair was a great host and the room was very nice, updated, and clean. Was the perfect spot for what we needed on our trip to NC! There are a couple good food spots / breweries within walking distance, and a short drive to the river walk which is great! I would recommend this room to anyone looking to stay in the Wilmington area for its amazing location, and I did really enjoy that the room has a kitchen that you can use to cook instead of eating out!

The views of the inlet and wetlands were beautiful. We could have spent our entire vacation just sitting on the deck. Unfortunately during our stay my husband ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery so I unexpectedly needed to extend my stay in Wilmington. Blake was wonderful; she made it possible for me to relocate in the area until my husband came out of the hospital. Highly recommend property and hostess.

Great space at a great location. it gave us everything we needed for our weekend trip and a plus that we could have our fur baby.
