This is not a shared space, and you will have access to the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit during your stay. The entrance to the home is clearly labeled with unit number for convenience. Once entering the door and taking a quick climb upstairs, you are welcomed into the colorful space. The living room has a 43" TV with streaming services for your convenience. The bar top is perfect for your morning bowl of cereal or dinner before heading to the concert downtown! The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials you may need to cook or prepare a meal, as well as has stainless steel appliances readily available including stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer. Through to the bedroom, you will find a comfortable queen size bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels, linens, and complimentary shower/bathroom essentials are provided for your convenience. Guest access Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a unique door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. Parking- Parking for the home is a designated gravel parking lot behind the home, which can be found by driving around the corner to Grace St. and pulling into the alley way that leads to the rear of the home. Parking in front of the home is also available on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that you park mindfully and follow guidelines of any signage or marked spaces. Other things to note We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here! Pet friendly! This unit is dog friendly with payment of $75 pet fee. Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season. You will be staying in Unit B, "The Ivy Villa". Parking- Parking for the home is a designated gravel parking lot behind the home, which can be found by driving around the corner to Grace St. and pulling into the alley way that leads to the rear of the home. Parking in front of the home is also available at a first come first serve basis. We ask that you park mindfully and follow guidelines of any signage or marked spaces. While not located in a neighborhood, this home is very nearby to local dining, entertainment, and shops! They had a wonderful stay and especially mentioned how comfortable the bed was, along with the convenient location close to downtown and the airport. I highly recommend Blair’s Airbnb and would gladly book it again in the future.
