Sunshine Haven: 2BR w/ Pool, Hot tub, Gym

Great place! The apartment is extremely spacious, comfortable, clean and it was spotless.

Luke was very responsive and had great customer service. The location of the pool in relation to the apartment was perfect. Nice stay!

We had trouble finding the place at first. We weren’t exactly aware of what building number the bnb was listed under, but once we contacted Luke he gave us clear instructions. Everything was smooth sailing from there. I will definitely stay again.

The apartment was exactly what was advertised. Great space and amenities. The pool was great for the kids. The apartment complex was very convenient and had everything we needed. Our host gave us very clear instructions up front and we were able to access the apartment easily. The space was very comfortable for our party which included 2 kids. Would highly recommend.

The location is very good, as are the condominium and its pool. The house was nice; it’s just a shame that it didn’t have a dining table and that it lacked cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Fantastic stay in Jacksonville! Had to come stay for a surgery and was super convenient to everything and a peaceful place to recover (especially the balcony and pool). Only things to note were the water heater (or something out of the laundry room?!) was VERY noisy and at all hours. A white noise machine that my parents brought helped but definitely was an annoyance. There also weren’t any spoons when we checked in (again easy fix), but other than that the place was perfect. Luke was a great, responsive host.

Gym, pool & hot tub were all accessible. Nice walking paths / sidewalks.

My family stayed here for a week. It is a very beautiful unit in a nice location. The unit was very well maintained and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This place was clean and quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Next time I hope I have time to use the amenities. We were so busy moving our sons to the area. I slept so good I that bed!

So clean and quiet! Pool and gym were used daily and were right below us and a quick walk. LOVED the espresso/latte machine in the lobby with free starbucks daily. Let Luke know to add a throw blanket on the couch, that was our only "gripe" since our 7yo loves snuggles. The location is incredible to the beaches and shopping. Will definitely book with Luke again!

The place is as described, nice 2Br/2 bath. Very clean and organized. Felt right at home with everything. Very close to the beach and tons of great restaurants nearby as well Publix and mall. Most of everything was 8-15 mins away. Luke was very responsive. We enjoyed the pool and gym. Even played a round of volleyball all at the complex. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Host was very quick to respond and provide a solution to a minor issue with the AC. Close to great restaurants and the golf tournament we attended! Beds could’ve been a little firmer to our liking but sheets were very soft! Perfect for a group of 4!

The space was clean, inviting, and as Luke described. We were there for appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and the location was very close to the hospital. We didn't have the chance to use the amenities but it looked very inviting. Luke's instructions were very clear. Look for building 2. Also communicate Building 2 when placing orders for delivery. We learned that the hard way...our mistake! : ) Thanks for a nice stay, Luke!

Clean modern place to stay

The tv in the bedroom was broke. But he said he ordered a new one, so it should be there by the time the next guest check in. Also, the trash process is very annoying. But that’s not the hosts fault. He was very respectful and helpful. He apologized for the tv. The apartment was very clean, smelled amazing. Beds were very comfortable as well. Just a heads up tho. The showers are difficult to get into if you have any leg problems. My wife did fall because how high they are. Again, not the hosts fault. Just wanna give a heads up that the tubs are very deep.

Very clean and beautiful apartment for a great price

Place was exactly as described. Never used amenities. Hot tub in January was same temp as the pool. No big. Community grill was rather dirty tho. Also not a deal breaker to what we were there for. Luke was super quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely rent again!

Luke is a wonderful host with a very comfortable home. The beds were great and his communication was top-notch. I only wish I could have stayed more than one night! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

The balcony was such a great spot to relax and unwind—and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to feel at home. Luke was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and very welcoming. The location was convenient while still feeling calm and tucked away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again. Highly recommend!

The place matched the photo, very comfortable beds. The kitchen was nice and clean the pots was very great to coo in. Luke was very responsive. The patio was great for morning coffee and just to hangout. The closet and master bathroom was to die for. I loved the place and would visit again.
