Sunlit Serenity: Escpae in St. Augustine

Great location. Very close to Ice Plant Restaurant & Bar and the Distillery. Close to the historic area. Super clean and comfortable. There is a bedroom downstairs with a walk in shower/bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs with one large bathroom with a bathtub. Also, there is an elevator which makes it super convenient. The kitchen was impecable. Great place for 2 couples or a family. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff was a great host.

Everything went well. We enjoyed the trip we love the home, the house was perfect

We had a party of 8 at the place. We all agreed that the location was wonderful. The only issues we had was that there were 5 of most things (towels, cups, plates, chairs) etc. and thus we had to get creative with our eating situation. Other than this, the place was great and very affordable. Jeff was responsive and kind.

Jeff was proactive and responsive. The place itself suited our needs well. We did not have a car, but found it easy to get around town on foot, or via bikes that we rented just up the street .

Sunlit Serenity was exactly as pictured. The location was close to downtown and walkable. The decor was trendy and beautiful. The space was also great for two couples. One couple stayed upstairs, and we stayed downstairs and it gave each of us some privacy. We did have troubles with the downstairs TV, but Jeff, the host, gave us an immediate response. The remote just needed new batteries and to be changed to a different HDMI port. I also enjoyed the outdoor living space upstairs. A nice place to watch the sunset and get fresh air.

The place was great!

Jeff’s place was wonderful! We got to celebrate a late Christmas with family there. The place was perfect for all of us in our blended family, from young kids to adult children. Clean home, with everything we needed during our stay. King street is a few blocks down, but the walk was very easy. Jeff was very responsive and pleasant when I reached out regarding the additional trash we had thanks to our belated Christmas. We enjoyed the location and the home and can’t wait to plan our next trip so St. Augustine. Thanks Jeff for hosting us.

Prime location, not too far from historic downtown St Augustine. My family and I did a one night stay to see the nights of lights and it was perfect for all 6 of us and very clean and spacious. Jeff was a friendly and responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

Good location if you are looking to stay near historic area, about .9 mile walk if you don’t want to uber. Parking is tight so ideally one car in the front, we have a big truck so it’s tight. Overall great location!

Decent location, close to everything, enough beds and space. Elevator did not work, downstairs shower would not get hot, cleanliness was definitely not up to par with all the other Airbnb‘s I’ve stayed at. AC only goes down to 71 so at night everyone was extremely hot. Not very much cleaning materials on site to clean up what should’ve been cleaned prior to us getting there. There are some other things that did not sit well with me, but I have made the host aware of, and he has promised to fix them for the future guests

We had a great time at Jeff's property. The house is surprisingly big, perfect for a family of five. It is very clean, tidy, and has everything you would need. (We loved the huge washer & dryer and big TV). It is in a great location- you can an enjoy a nice walk to old town St Augustine (30mins) or an easy drive to town & stores. Jeff was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
