Stunning Home w/2 King Beds+Fenced Yard+BBQ Grill

This is a lovely home, comfortable and updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for the weekend. We appreciated the off street parking and access to park in the garage. We are snowbirds so our car was packed from our travels. I would have hated to park our car unattended on the street. Be aware this is a multi level home so there are lots of stairs. The front and back porches have seating for morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Tom's place is a wonderful space and great location. It was perfect for the whole family.

The parking was clutch and the location was great - very walkable and we enjoyed exploring the historic neighborhood. Beautiful home, room to spread out with great common areas. Loved the giant fenced yard for our pups to run around in. It was so clean, you would never guess it was a pet-friendly home!

Wouldn’t refund when the area received 10 inches of snow. It would’ve been fine if he had let me reschedule my trip & had not tried to charge an extra $600 for a new date. It was the off season so there’s no excuse for not being able to refund & expecting someone to drive in those kinds of conditions. I’ll never book with them again.

Me and some friends stayed here for the Wilmington marathon. Great place to stay near downtown and only one miles from the finish line. Clean house and great location. Host was great and responded fast if we had any questions! Also had plenty of beach chairs which would be great for heading to the beach!

We rented Tom’s place for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Clean, spacious and stylish. Perfect location for downtown fun.

The house had enough room for everyone to spread out. We especially enjoyed the table talk questions at dinner time. Everything was as described and we felt at home. Tom was an excellent host and I would love to stay again when we come back to Wilmington

Absolutely beautiful house and great host!

House was great for a group, plenty of space, very comfortable, well appointed kitchen and walkable to downtown. Only about a block to great coffee shop/groovy shopping. Common areas and kitchen very nice and open for entertaining and visiting. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate.

Arrived to find broken closet door. Offered to fix but that was inconvenient. Stove and hood covered in grease. Dishwasher not emptied after last customer. Shower curtain had mold. Was asked to wash white towels. No bleach to properly disinfect. Gave host info but only apologized which doesn’t compensate for inconvenience

Beautiful home in a great spot in downtown Wilmington. Not quite in the middle of everything so you didn’t get the noise or traffic, but close enough to walk to the water easily. This was by far the most pet friendly house I’ve ever booked. They didn’t just allow dogs, but actually seemed to welcome them. There were doggy doors leading outside to the great fenced yard, there were anti slip pads on the stairs (maybe for people but they were great for dogs), and there weren’t a ton of rules about dogs not being allowed on the couches or beds. So many places claim to allow pets but then make you keep them secluded to certain parts of this house. This home was actually pet friendly.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay and explore Wilmington! Very spacious house, lots of beds and rooms and privacy for a group. Lovely front and back porches too.

We loved our stay! The house was comfortable, spotless, and within 5-10 minutes of amazing restaurants and entertainment. This is a great home for families visiting UNCW students as well - only a short drive to the school!

10/10 place! The house is in a safe location with an easy walk into downtown Wilmington! The house was the perfect set up for a group of people looking to have a great weekend together! All rooms were spacious with clean linens, multiple bathrooms, and a large comfortable common living area. Tom gave clear check in/ out instructions and was very prompt in his responses. Would definitely like to stay here again next trip to Wilmington!

Toms place was perfect for our trip to Wilmington. The house is very clean with great updated amenities. Walkable to downtown and great location. If we find ourselves back in Wilmington we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!! My family and I went down for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend. We would highly recommend Tom's place. It was super clean, cozy and offered all the amenities you could want. All the chairs and couch were very comfortable, as were all the beds! The kitchen is a great set up and the back covered porch was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. We also enjoyed all the artwork throughout the home. He has really thought of everything. Location was perfect for us. It was in a cute residential neighborhood (the homes are all adorable) and everything was within about a 1/2 mile walk or less, or a quick Uber ride. We loved walking down to the river. We also ate breakfast at Jesters Cafe which was around the corner. It was cute and had a great brunch selection. There is also a neat wine bar around the corner too. We would highly recommend this beautiful home!

The home is in a great location. Very walkable and safe neighborhood. The home is spacious. That being said, we had a number of issues that should have been addressed. There was a large load of wet, mildewing towels in the washer. There were only 5 sets of flatware, so we were constantly washing forks and spoons. The owners sent over additional flatware that was delivered in the last evening of our stay. There were no trash bags. After several missteps we were given the code to a closet so we could grab a bag. The most challenging aspect of this stay was that a week after we checked out we were billed for the assembly of a grill that we never saw, let alone used. Thankfully Airbnb handled that situation. Beware

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding weekend and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house and yard are absolutely gorgeous with just a short walk to our venue. The most perfect place to comfortably host our friends and family. ❤️

This house is gorgeous! It's spacious and well-appointed, with lots of natural light. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the kitchen was a perfect gathering place. It's an easy walk to restaurants and bars downtown, but the neighborhood is peaceful and quaint. Our cars were tucked away in a garage that can fit three cars, which was a nice plus. I highly recommend this house!

Tom’s home was super spacious and in an excellent location to access all downtown Wilmington has to offer. We had a party of five and there was enough space for us to spread out and be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and you’re in a 15 min walk to many restaurants and shops. Tom was extremely kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this home for a group and would stay here again.

We loved the large family room and plenty of sleeping space. An added bonus was the beach chairs we were able to use & one less thing we had to pack! Absolutely beautiful stay! The house was stunning and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Wilmington. Tom was incredibly responsive and always reachable no matter the time which made everything even smoother. I had a last-minute change and was looking for something more open and needed to switch Airbnbs a week out from our bachelorette gathering, and he accommodated us without hesitation. The home was spacious, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. We enjoyed every minute and would definitely book again!

Great home that can hold a large group with space and comfort. Very clean and had all essentials needed like trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The location is convenient to downtown but with space and quiet of a residential neighborhood. Location was great for doing wedding planning activities. Two families shared the space and the room setup was perfect. Had a 3 year old toddler so the gate at the top of the outside stairs was so needed. Thanks to Tom for the stay!

Overall a fantastic house that helped make some great memories on our trip to Wilmington for a family wedding! The location of this house is walkable to all the restaurants downtown, but also just around the corner from Castle street which has a few restaurants for something even closer. We found it very easy to connect to the roads outside of downtown from this locations as well. The house is better in person than the pictures. There is ample space for a large family to spread out yet also come together on the common area level. While we didn’t bring our furry family members, this house has doggie doors on the ground level and the common area level out to the deck, both leading to the fenced yard which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this house and will stay here again on a trip to Wilmington! Thanks to Tom for being a great host as well. He was attentive and responsive during and after our stay! Tom’s place was the perfect spot for our group of long-term friends to gather over a weekend! Walkable into downtown Wilmington, plenty of space, well-equipped. Had a little bit of trouble learning to work the Nest thermostat (worked great after we figured it out!) so I suggested some directions. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Plenty of space for relaxing. Bathrooms were amazing! Would 10/10 recommend.

This property was well taken care of and super clean!! All the rooms were spacious and organized. The kitchen had all the necessary items to make yourself feel at home! It was also so nice to have a garage for our rental car! 10/10!!! And Tom (our host) was responsive and helpful when we had questions about check in/check out due to our flights changing.

Wonderful place

We had two families stay together and found the accommodations to be perfect. The space is wide open and nice for gathering together. The back yard was ideal for playing football and getting some fresh air. Would recommend! We hope to stay again!
