Such a great place to stay for my family while visiting for my sister's downtown wedding! The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all we needed. The location was only a short walk to many restaurants and shops, and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to all the questions or needs we had. I would definitely recommend Tom's place and stay there again if we ever return to the area!

This house was perfect for a holiday weekend in downtown Wilmington. It was an easy walk/drive to our favorite local spots. The house was very clean and very spacious, our group fit in comfortably.
