Good location, easy to get to the highway for those visiting Mayo or UNF. Apartment is the closest one to the playground, and the furthest away from the pool (but easily walkable on the sidewalk around the pond). Looks just like pictured. No bugs or noisy activity like I’d read in previous comments.

This was probably one of my favorite properties I have stayed at within the last couple of years. Felt very comfortable and private. Everything I wanted to do was close by and the property was easy to find! Host was very responsive and kind and it was well worth the money. thank you

The place was really solid for the price. The amenities (pool/hot tub) were great, and Luke was very responsive. The comfortable bed and variety of pillows were much appreciated. There were just a few items that kept it from being that ultimate 5 stars “I could tell the hosts love this place” type experience: -The sheets weren’t cotton, so they got pretty sweaty. -The toilet paper holder was broken and appeared to have been that way for some time. -The tub wasn’t draining well. Luke was very responsive but it seems like something the cleaners should have noticed. -The shower head was one of those super basic hotel showers that sprays 2” diameter and has no detachable handle. -There was shampoo and body wash but no conditioner (which I realized upon finding out my travel conditioner was empty, and it was too late to turn back, lol). -There was coffee, but no sugar packets left (just sweet and low) and no creamer. -I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around in the morning.

Luke was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. The unit was very easy to find and spotless. The a/c never failed, there was coffee and a nice coffee maker (Keurig). The bathroom was nicely stocked with fresh, clean towels. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows very soft. We don't smoke but there is a little courtyard where you can. The location was ideal because it is close to malls and restaurants. Simply ideal.

By far the WORST Airbnb experience I’ve had. This listing functions more like an apartment sublease than a true Airbnb, which created several issues during my two-week stay. There were building maintenance disruptions on 4 of the 14 days, including staff entering the unit while I was not home and one day where the water was completely shut off. As a woman traveling alone, unexpected entry into the unit was uncomfortable. Basic logistics were also poorly managed. I was given incorrect information about valet trash, which runs around 11 PM, leading to raccoons repeatedly tearing into trash outside my door. Deliveries were also an issue because the host had not informed building management that anyone was staying in the unit, making it difficult to retrieve packages and meals. The walls are very thin, the upstairs neighbors have large dogs, and I encountered cockroaches (dead and alive) during my stay. Overall, you deal with the inconveniences of apartment living but without the benefits.
