Seascape Escape: Stylish 1BR Apartment

Nice place and responsive host would stay again .

Everything from communication to cleanliness was 5 star.

Perfect little getaway home away from home. Close to everything and very clean and convenient. Luke was very responsive and a great host. We will definitely rent again when we come see family in the Jacksonville area.

Nice clean lace in a great location.

It was a decent place great location

Great location, lots of kitchen supplies. The apartment was right next to the pool and very close to the entrance of the complex.

Place was great! quiet and comfortable. It gave vacation vibes ⭐️

pool was super close to apartment which was very convenient.

Luke was a fantastic host, very responsive. The house was everything it was advertised as and would definitely recommend!

Great place perfect form Mayo hospital (15 mins drive at worse) clean and spacious, it was a bit dark inside due to big trees at the back but perfect otherwise. Massive TV in bedroom, and very easy to find.

I had a great two-week stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I was able to enjoy the pool and gym as well. My host was outstanding and made the entire stay stress-free. He was always quick to respond to any questions and genuinely cared about making sure everything was going well. The only issue I had was one morning when the A/C stopped working. As soon as I let him know, he immediately arranged for maintenance to come out the same day. Since I wasn't home, he reached out first to ask for my permission before anyone entered the property, which I really appreciated. The issue was resolved quickly, and his communication throughout the process was excellent. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely book here again. Thank you for making my two weeks so enjoyable!

Luke was friendly and helpful. The place was great and had everything I needed. I am very appreciative of finding a stay like this.

Our stay in this one-bedroom apartment was great. Small issues were handled immediately. The space was cozy and equipped with everything we needed for an our visit. King bed was comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials and living area was relaxing. Huge bonus was being near the beautiful pool and fitness center. Also plenty of areas to go for a walk outside. The location is convenient to restaurants and local attractions yet quiet enough to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay again.

Luke provided very good instructions for both the check out and check in process. Promptly answered the few questions I had. Place was exactly as advertised.

The apartment was clean and roomy, and matched the description. Luke communicated quickly and politely. I highly recommend this place.

Great Host! Unit was spotless. Would definitely recommend -- lived up to my expectations.

Overall it was a good experience I was there for a month and luke was responsive however I do feel like the place needs work in multiple areas, the bathroom was getting maintenance when I was there, and also on my first few days there the AC was not working however thanfully that was fixed fast, they also worked on some things in the bathroom, the only thing about that was that I did not like that they accessed the house without my permission when fixing the bathroom towel holder, thankfully nothing was lost or stolen then. Also the kitchen has issues, since I was there for a month I was hoping the kitchen would have better/more complete equipment however it did not, and then also the oven and stove did not work properly which was annoying I was not really able to cook a meal well, I felt like the stove would be turned on and then even if it I put it in low heat it would alway get burning hot, just details that need attention in many areas of the home specially for longterm stays.

Great stay

My family enjoyed our stay. Everything went smoothly and the place looked as described.

The apartment is so cute, bright and spacious. There was really everything you need and most importantly a comfortable bed. The apartment overlooks the trees and a small pond. We also had little cute guests, baby geese, who greeted us and of course waited patiently for food. The host Luke was very friendly and was really available and responded to messages in record time. We highly recommend this place

Very nice place the property very well kept excellent location good amenities in general we had an excellent stay in Jacksonville

Great location and very clean. Everyone will love it here.

This was a great home away from home for our stay in florida! The pool area was incredible! Luke was very responsive when needed! The location was good, although it seemed to be in a complex with mostly college kids, very close to lots of things though!

Close to TPC Sawgrass. Clean. Comfy bed!

Luke was an amazing host. I had a great stay! Everything was spotless unit had everything I needed and more. Highly recommend
