Great communication, and a beautiful house

The pictures need to be updated. The outdoor seating couch is visibly ripped, mouldy, stained and broken. We could not sit on it at all. The lounge chairs by the pool are also severely damaged, but still useable. The hammocks do not exist and have been evidently torn down from where they are pictured. There are cockroaches in the home & a significant lack of cleaning and maintenance between stays. Clear stains and cigarette burns on bedding & not being changed between guests. Tables are vandalized and also not cleaned between use due to visible food stains. Main shower handle just spins 365 degrees around. If you can figure out how to make it work, all it spits out is scalding hot water. We were only able to use the master bedroom shower, which does not have a door. The kitchen was useable and has everything you need. The host is very responsive however, these issues have clearly been present for a while and not addressed. Very different than what is pictured in the advertisement.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed it for the time we spent here in Arizona. Hosts were amazing and responsive quickly and friendly! The backyard was definitely our favorite part, from the pool, the cute painting, the table & couch with the tv. We loved it overall. We would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay! the place is so cute, the pool is refreshing, the decor is beautiful. The only thing I wish I knew was the primary bathroom does not have a door connecting to the primary bedroom. Not a problem for me but my husband is a shy "go-er" 🤣 luckily there is a second bathroom down the hall so not really an issue there either. Would stay again! Hosts are responsive and helpful!

Staying at this home was just what I needed for a great birthday staycation. Loved the area, loved the homey feel of the house and absolutely loved the pool. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my stay. We will definitely be staying again 🥰

I enjoyed the stay, host was very responsive and attentive. The only thing I wasn’t very aware of was how close each room is to each other they’re in the same hallway and directly next to each other. Everything was organized and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean stay! My family and I loved being here, the house is cute and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s close to major freeways so it was a breeze to get where we wanted to go. The pool was perfect for the hot summer days in Phoenix! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, oil and seasonings! Overall it was worth every penny! The hosts are also so friendly and welcoming!

Was my first time in Phoenix and the place was great. I was super excited to have our own pool and a fire pit (even though it was pretty warm). The are was pretty nice and felt like a good neighborhood - there was some work being done next to us but we didn’t mind it. The rooms/home in general is extremely nice and comfy. If i make my way back to Phoenix again i would stay here. Location to everything we did was between 20-60 minutes depending on where you go. We rented a car and it was nice to have a drive way that we didn’t have street park or look for other parking. Overall my experience here was 10/10 i don’t have a bad thing to say about AIISTR Hospitality’s place or their communication.

I didn’t have a good experience at this location. Of someone was using the back shower the front shower would get cold also the front shower handle did not work properly we had to literally figure it out! There were dirt stains on the pillow cases the host did respond and sent new ones which was kind. The trash bins were not taken out proper to our stay so we had to place the trash next to the bins. The front gate couldn’t be locked so everyone we left the door was unlocked with our belongings in the home. The host was very responsive but I wouldn’t book again.

We had a great stay! This was our first time booking a “new” listing and was slightly hesitant however the host was fantastic leading up and during. The place was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for waste management open. We will be back next year!
