Poolside Bliss: Stylish 1BR Unit in Resort Complex

We felt right at home, everything was clean, organized,very spacious and to top it off great host. Very responsive and courteous!!! This will definitely be our spot when we visit Jacksonville again!! Thank you

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great! Smelled clean and fresh walking in. I like the little things- great water pressure in the shower, many little kitchen gadgets, plenty of towels, and bed was soft/ comfortable. Trash disposal was easy. Gym was easy to locate and had a great view. Very safe, quiet location.

Difficult checking in, overall we had a great stay. Nice location, looks exactly like the pictures presented. Luke was very responsive. Definitely would stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb for a month, and it was an amazing experience. The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials you might need for a comfortable stay. Luke was an outstanding host. He was extremely accommodating, responsive, and always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made all the difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! I am definitely going to be looking to stay here again.

The instructions Luke sent were To enter a code to enter the building. Then you enter a four digit code to get into the apartment. Problem was the outdoor code did not work after 4 tries. I received the same instructions twice after explaining that it wasn’t me, the code does not work. We finally snuck in behind someone and were able to get to the Apt. In which that apt code worked. The code was never fixed and we requested to leave the next day and get a refund for the remaining days. Airbnb took care of us. Now the other issues that were interesting There are two types of Airbnb’s A place that feels like home, and a place that is clearly an investment with very little thought that goes into it. 1 coffee mug only Cafeteria style thin silver ware A large walk in closet without a single hanger. And no curtains, just blinds that had so much light in the room, My wife slept in the closet. These owners have never stayed here. Also queen bed which is difficult in my mind

Everything was ok..

We have stayed in several Airbnb locations throughout the country and around the world, and very often the places don’t live up to your expectation, but they’re passable. In this case, Luke’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations and actually was even nicer than the photos which is saying something because the photos are pretty great! The next time we’re in Jacksonville we know exactly where we’re going to be staying, and anyone heading to the area should book with Luke if they want to have an stress-free and comfortable (luxury!) accommodations.

The place was very clean and in a convenient location. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay at this large 1-bedroom apartment in Jacksonville! Great, safe area that was perfect for running and we loved the on-site gym and pool.

Condo was well equipped. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

Clean place . The Fridge was broken, Very very thin walls and neighbors are very loud I was not able to sleep as the windows face the outside lights and you hear every step the neighbors take upstairs due to hardwood flooring...

Where do I start? This place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There was only one issue, and Luke reached out right away. There are plenty of amenities within the location, including a beautiful pool area, a two-floor gym, and a really nice game room. I will stay here again.

Luke has a very clean apartment. I absolutely love the bedding (soft sheets). When I am back in town, I would love to stay again. Thank you for the inviting space.

This is first time we used Airbnb. Luke, as our host, was very helpful. This site was perfect location to introduce to Jacksonville. Site is gorgeous. Pool was so relaxing. We were within a couple of miles for great food. The site was central to everything. Thanks again, Luke!

spotless beautiful condo. lots of storage for the things we brought. seemed brand new. the apartment building was also beautiful with a nice pool, nice gym, lobby, elevator, and vending/coffee, business center. plenty of parking. great host!
