Paradise Pkwy- Sleeps 14, Pool, 7 Mins to Old Town

Fantastic get away place in Scottsdale close to everything you need but far away from the noise of a busy city!

Stayed over WMO weekend and had a blast. Location of house was perfect, nearby restaurants and bars. House was clean and Trent was attentive to any questions or anything needed.

First of all, the location was great! It was a quick drive to the restaurants and walkable to the mall. Overall, this house is extremely run down!!!! I’m pretty sure the bed I slept in was not cleaned as debris was at the foot of the bed along with my friends bed who found a dirty sock under her sheets! Stains on all furniture. It definitely is a bachelor/ette pad. Lots of things were broken or not working correctly outside. Random “things” in all drawers. It was odd and very unorganized! We had a group of 4 that stayed 4 nights. There was only 4 towels for us to shower with, no hand towels in the bathroom and only three black makeup towels for our entire stay. Yes there were laundry pods but I expected more for the price we paid. There also was no paper towel or any towels in the kitchen. If you want to have a big group and don’t care about this then book it. Otherwise it wasn’t worth it for how expensive it was. We will not be returning to this home.

The home was really nice, and exactly as described. Very clean as well! Felt comfortable using the dishes, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Great yard with lots to do. Location short drive or walkable from Old Town and Camelback. Trent was very responsive and proactive throughout the stay. Thanks for a great stay, Trent!

The house looked as it did in the pictures and was in a good location. Trent communicated quickly. Check in and check out was easy. There isn’t much more you can ask for from an Airbnb.

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was in the perfect location, with Old town only a 5 min drive away and walkable from the shopping mall. The photos don’t do the property’s beauty judgiest. 14 of us stayed in the property and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all, from the spacious garden to the shear size of the house. I would 100% recommend or return on my next trip to the area.

Great place

We were traveling for a bachelorette party and arrived in Scottsdale to another Airbnb. We had a not-so-great experience at the first location and decided we wanted to switch houses. We found Trent’s house and messaged him and he was so great! He was responsive, he answered all our questions and made sure the home was ready for our group of 12 to arrive within hours! The house had the amenities promised in the listing, the space was the perfect size and layout, beautiful views and we walked to brunch/ coffee/ downtown a couple days during our stay, so we thought it was a great location (roughly 20-25 min walk to restaurants). We’d definitely stay here again!

Love this stay so much, Trent was an amazing host and was always responsive. There was so much to do i didn’t want to leave or even get to do it all! Definitely recommend

Great location

We LOVED this property for a recent bachelorette trip!! Location wise, you can’t beat it. Minutes away from Camelback Mountain, Old Town and Fashion Square. We never spent more than $10 on an uber/lyft to get to any of our activities. The property is exactly as pictured and comfortably accommodates a larger group.

The place looked like the photos and was generally clean but it was run down. There were missing handles on fridges, dishwasher wasn’t working so we hand washed our dishes, about half the lights and plugs were not working, backyard had some left over trash out in the open. Owner’s upkeep of furniture and appliances should be improved…

Trent’s place was perfect for my brother’s bachelor party weekend! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Trent was a great host—easy to communicate with and made sure we felt welcome. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time at Trent's place! Everything was just as listed and even exceeded our expectations. The space was beautiful, the pool was incredible, and we would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a fun, clean, safe, and wonderfully located space!

Overall, we had a great stay! The location is fantastic — close to everything we needed and super convenient for exploring the area. The space was clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth. That said, there were quite a few things that could use some attention. Several items were broken or not working properly, and the listing photos didn’t quite match the current state of the place. Nothing that ruined our stay, but worth noting for future guests. With a few updates and repairs, this place could easily be a 5-star stay!

The location is the true star of this property! A speedy Uber to old town or a 30 min walk if it’s not too hot! The pool was wonderful to relax by. Ava was super responsive when the A/C was broken & helped by sending us fans and then a handyman to come fix it. The place was somewhat dirty & is well-loved. If I were the host/owner, I would want to go through & take a look at the (many) broken things to improve my guests stay. The broken parts of the home didn’t affect our fun or stay, but it did dampen the overall vibe, especially the price we paid. If you’re a chill, laid back group, you may not mind the improvements this place needs, but if you’re looking for a luxury experience you may want to consider other places. The scenery was GORGEOUS & the outdoor space was truly the highlight!

Overall our stay was pretty good, we had a couple hiccups but the hosts were very responsive and quick to find us a solution for our issues. The communication was spectacular which I really appreciated. Beautiful place, the backyard was definitely the place to be!

Our group had a good experience! The host was an excellent communicator, and the house comfortably fit our larger group. The backyard is truly the gem of the property—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. A few amenities weren’t functioning as expected, but they didn’t impact our overall enjoyment. I recommend walking through the property upon arrival to check all features and relay anything to the host early on. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to Old Town and Camelback Trail.

Unbelievable location. 20ish minute walk to old town in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard was as advertised, spent the whole time hanging out by the pool. Host was very responsive. More than enough beds. Cannot find a better deal than this house in Scottsdale

Overall it was a nice place and I don't expect others to encounter the issue we had again. Host was very responsive and tried to help. When we arrived in the evening, most of the electricity was not working, including lights throughout most of the house and the refrigerator. The host tried to help via phone, but did not know where the correct fuse box was located. We were able to fix it ourselves once we could see properly in the morning, but it was a disappointing way to start the trip. We also would have expected some reimbursement for the inconvenience, at least for the spoiled groceries we told them we had to throw out since there was not a working refrigerator until we were able to regain power in the morning.

Prefect place for my last min trip to Scottsdale. The host was super flexible on check in and very responsive. The place itself is very well laid out with a. Wonderful back yard! Would def stay again.

I liked it

This place had everything we needed for 12 people. The yard games they had were perfect for all of us and it was very spacious. Even though it was 100 degrees or higher everyday I was there the Air-conditioning kept the house cool. The host was very responsive and answered every question I had in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Also it's very close to old town and local spots.

Location was perfect to Oldtown, fit 12 girls comfortably, had plenty of kitchen wear/cups/bar utensils and items. Any time we ran into issues with anything at all, the host was so quick to respond and walked us through anything we needed help with. She took it a step further and ended up giving us the first night free to make up for the trouble we went through. Definitely recommend AIISTR Hospitality 👏🏼

Ideal venue for a bachelorette party! Our experience at the house was fantastic, and the staff managing it were very responsive regarding how to operate certain features and locating items within the house. We would definitely return! Some items were damaged before our arrival, and they offered to send a handyman during our stay or after we left to repair them.
