Palm Bay Paradise- Resort Style 2BR Condo

Luke was a responsive host, small complications with the trash and fob not working at the entrance however, Luke was very responsive and place was as described, would return again in the future.

Luke called me the night before my flight to Florida to tell me he had to change my Airbnb location. I had chosen this location to be close to my daughter’s house so I could walk over to see my grandchildren. I was moved to an apartment 20 minutes away via freeway. This altered the entire nature of my visit. I rented the Airbnb with a friend and her husband who were planning to do their own activities while I was with family every day. I ended up renting a car to enable the transportation. I even stopped by the original apartment to see if I could rent one and they told me airbnbs were not permitted there!? Luke gave me a $300 credit for our inconvenience which was much appreciated. He also always responded to our messages thoughtfully but that couldn’t change the fact that we did not have the vacation we had planned.

Unit as described quite neighborhood. Conveniently located to Interstate 95. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay for the added amenities and location near areas of interest.

Clubhouse was a family favorite, as my boys love to play pool! So much so, they brought their own pool sticks. Theatre room was awesome for screen casting the football game! Luke was an Amazing, attentive host! The skillet was too scratched to use. He immediately took care of it!! Above & beyond! He had an entire set of new pans delivered before dinner!! Will definitely be back!! Thanks again, Luke!

Great condo With everything we needed. Nice location, several amenities, including a huge beautiful pool.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Luke’s 2-bedroom apartment. The space was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything I needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and having TVs in every room made the stay even more comfortable and entertaining. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to be close to some buddy things but far away enough to feel like you are away.

The apartment was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The complex included a great workout area and pool conveniently located close to our unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Would stay here again. Only issue is parking after 5pm, it’s a bit challenging to find parking close to your building. But there is lots of parking you will just have a little walk.

Great location and great property. Pool, gym, and clubhouse with theater are all well received.

The community is as they say "resort type" my children enjoyed it very much. The apartment very well equipped and clean and with everything you need to go to the beach. In short: fantastic!

We arrived late night so the building was hard to find due to the trees blocking the numbers. As two women traveling we felt safe getting out walking around the complex to find the unit. Once we found the apartment, check-in was easy. The place was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to cook a full meal. I would recommend a small air fryer for us non-cooking individuals. I should have asked if the pool was open before I booked. I’m not really an ocean swimmer type of girl. Luke notified me as soon as I hit the pay now button that the pool would not be open per management. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

From even before I actually booked my stay Luke answered my questions. Once I booked he checked to make sure everything was going good! This place was just perfect for my family of four, it was very clean even to the point that I didn’t mind my 2 yr old taking off her socks and walking around! I would give a million stars for cleanliness alone. There were a couple of games that my family and I enjoyed on one of the nights that it rained. I felt like I was home, the beds were comfortable and I love the facts that each room had its own bathroom and so did our 13yr old (he even said it was like his room at home) All of the TVs were smart so we were able to watch our shows and my 2yr old could watch her cartoons in another room. We didn’t do any cooking but I may have if we stayed longer because the kitchen was equipped with everything you need!! I don’t have any complaints about look or his unit. Thanks for everything!

We were in town to visit the Mayo Clinic and family. This location was perfect for us. We were about 20 mins from the Naval base and 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. We loved the set up with both rooms having a private bath and a third toilet for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some quick meals. There are two things that we wanted to alert others to. The first is there is construction going on and the noise begins around 8 am. The other issue we had was finding parking in the evenings (We found parking at another building). We really had an excellent stay. The pool was our favorite part.

We had a phenomenal time at this air bnb, the owners took great care of us. Everything was easy going and a great environment. I will definitely be back here for sure!

Location! Location! Location! Luke’s property is located near I-95, a hospital, restaurants and shops, which was a major plus for my family and I! Luke, has an excellent response time and thought of every little detail to make your stay worthwhile. The high ceilings, spacious laundry room, common area, bedroom walk-in closets and bathroom gives you the feel of an actual home away from home. The property was well worth the price and I will definitely rent his place in the future if it is available.
