Lumina Paradise Steps to the Beach+Restaurants

This is a great place very close to the beach access, and equally close to restaurants and bars near by. It really is the perfect beach stay - well appointed space, just enough room, comfortable beds and furniture. It’s great to stay in Wrightsville and be so close to all the action. No hesitation to rebook - easy and responsive communication with Luke.

This place was everything that it seemed. Such a convenient location, literally steps away from the beach! Cleaned and organized, with a very home feel. We loved this place and how responsive our host was with us! we hope to come back and stay again soon!

Great central location to Wrightsville Beach. Very short walk to the beach. House was great, as described. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is small but the shower is large. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs were provided and in good shape, Parking is very tight and compact so be careful getting in and out. The first night we were there the neighbors upstairs had a very loud and long night of partying but this did not occur again. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Super easy check in, the house was super clean, and everything was walkable but it still felt peaceful and quiet. The host was also very responsive and checked in a lot!

Lovely place for a short getaway!

Great location for a younger crowd. Multiple bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Unit is part of a tri-plex and the next door unit looks exactly the same, be sure you booked the unit your attempting to get into A or B. Would stay again 100%

My family stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the space. It was easy to find and quite literally next to the beach. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was equipped enough to make small meals when we didn't feel like going out to eat. The provided beach chairs and towels were also a really nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was a major disappointment. Despite the great location, we encountered a serious cockroach problem that made our time there very unpleasant. The host was communicative and did send someone to spray, but the real issue - large gaps and cracks in the doors, which probably let all those cockroaches inside - was never addressed. The day after the spraying, even more (albeit dying) cockroaches appeared on the floors and inside kitchen cabinets, which the host said was a sign that the treatment was working. Unfortunately, this did not help us relax and enjoy our vacation. As a pregnant woman with a toddler, the presence of cockroaches and the need for pest control treatments during our vacation made it impossible to relax and was far from the peaceful vacation we were hoping for. After several complaints, the host reluctantly agreed to a 30% refund. In the end, we decided to cut our losses, check out two days early and drive back to our clean home.

Beautiful location! Adorable and perfect for a quick beach getaway with all the amenities you could ask for: laundry, coffee, beach chairs and towels for the beach. Quick walk to the beach and outdoor shower! Minor hiccup with the lock to get in at first but Luke was quick to reply and we figured it out right away! Will be back for sure

Luke was great to deal with before & during our stay. He responded quickly answered all questions & addressed any issues that came up. As for the location.... perfect!! It's just a few steps from the beach & not having to find a parking spot & pay for daily beach parking was definitely a bonus!! The space was just as described. It was just what we were looking for. The beds were nice & comfy, plus had drawers underneath for storing additional items. The only issue might be with parking if you try to fit two bigger vehicles.

You absolutely could not ask for a better location!! Steps to the beach in one direction and steps to great restaurants in the other. It was the perfect size for the two of us but could certainly fit more if needed. Beds were very comfortable. Hopefully can stay again soon!!

Such a gem! We all felt right at home and can’t wait to go back. The checking in process was so easy and Luke was quick to answer any questions we had.

Place was really nice. Check in did not go well because it was not ready on time due to the cleaner. The cleaner refused to move the car and ended up with my car damaged. Cleaner was rude and screamed profanities at us. Host provided time compensation to check out time due to issues with check in. I know the cleaners issues were not the hosts fault. Overall the place was really nice and great location!

Luke's place is great! We felt right at home as the amenities were great. The location was a five minute walk to the beach and also to the restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and we felt we had all we needed to have a comfortable stay. I have to say I am so impressed with our host. He was spot on very caring, very responsive and was easily accessible. His cleaning team is great they did a great job. I would definitely stay here again. Luke's place was the perfect spot for a beach getaway! It was the sweet spot between the gorrgeous beach and all the fun Wrightsville has to offer. My husband and I loved the layout. Our room was comfortable. The shower was amazing. We loved cooking in the kitchen. We loved hanging out in the front and getting to know the neighborhood. We will definately be back!

Luke’s place was conveniently located in the heart of an accessible little grocery store , ice cream shop , an a couple of restaurants that we could walk to . Great breakfast place around the corner and the best is the beach was 1 minute walk from the door . The house is very small but with all the conveniences . Beach towels, chairs and umbrella . Quiet and just perfect . We will be back !!!

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. At the end of the street is beach / beach access, parking spot , walking distance less than a mile from many restaurants and bars.

This Airbnb is located in an ideal spot and boasts beautiful interior and exterior. Our stay couldn't have been better!

Perfect condo in a great location. An easy walk to the beach, local shops, & restaurants. Condo was well kept with comfortable beds & all the amenities you would need. The driveway can be a tight fit with larger vehicles, but it was very convenient to have free parking. Would definitely stay again!

Our trip to Wrightsville Beach was great. The condo was a super short walk to the beach and the accommodations were comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs available, instead of packing them in with our suitcases. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was well equipped. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay here. The instructions were very clear making it easy to check in and out. The place was very clean, normally at Airbnbs we have been to my boyfriend’s allergies fare up from dusty spaces but that didn’t happen this time! I would definitely book again.

This is a hidden gem! Walking distance from food, coffee, ice cream, and the beach! Great cozy single level space. Nicely upgraded kitchen & bathroom. Well designed with minimalist vibes. Great place to stay if you want to be steps from the beach. There are so many bars and restaurants you really do not even need your car.Great location!!!! The condo itself was very clean. The shower was large, just wish the area around the sink could be bigger, but it is a small bathroom. The kitchen had everything you need, and the appliances were fantastic.

5 stars for an amazing host! Luke was very responsive and had great customer service qualities. If there was another property he hosted, I would definitely check it out first before any other. My one complaint about the air bnb is that you are on the lower floor of the building. During our stay, there was a family upstairs and we heard everything. Literally, everything. The stomping, crying, yelling, etc. It was hard to relax in the air bnb. Overall, it was very noisy because you heard everything upstairs, and everything outside. Besides that one complaint, the location was perfect. Quick access to the beach, the drive to downtown was 15-20 mins, and it was beautiful inside. It had everything we were looking for.

Very pleased with the quality of the small appliances, kitchen items. Sometimes Owners seem to cheapen the experience, yet this owner had nice quality furniture, and provided many small convenient things.

This may have been our best Airbnb stay! Luke’s place is a short walk to the beach or shops/restaurants. The house is very clean, updated and cozy. Despite being so close to the action, the interior, esp the bedrooms are very quiet. The beds were very comfortable & we felt like Luke thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We especially loved the outdoor shower… it was perfect to clean off after our many trips to the beach. We will stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay and loved the location. I just did not like how thin the walls were, we could fully hear the neighbors at all hours. I also did not like how there was a car always parked directly in front of our door to get in. Other than the those negatives, this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

This place has it: Location, Location, Location! You can walk to the beach and walk to casual restaurants, ice cream & coffee (all short walks). I loved sitting on the small porch, sorting my beach finds and listening to the birds. There were some weekend parties that are to be expected in a beach block with vacation rentals. The place itself was very nicely done.

Wonderful 48 hours with our 4 and 6 y/o boys. We're WB frequenters but had never stayed so close to the bars/etc so I wasn't sure what to expect. On this side of the building and with the bedrooms where they are, we had zero issues with noise. Amazing location to walk to the beach, Roberts, coffee, and food. No shoes no problem. We enjoyed drinks on the little front porch soaking up the beach vibe... almost felt like some of our favorite spots on the west coast. Luke was very helpful & quick to respond. Unit was shipshape. We'll be back.

Everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, and looked just like the pictures. It was easy to find and right by the beach as described. We had some questions about getting in the condo and Luke immediately responded and was super helpful. I highly recommend this place!

EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT. So many great amenities including outdoor shower, beach chairs, and washer/dryer. It is almost right on the beach. We loved being able to just walk outside and walk a few barefoot steps to the water. This place is a great stay and we will be back!

Luke was a great host with fast responses, local recommendations, and a great/clean place! Although I had some technical issues briefly, Luke was very helpful in providing a fix while being very accommodating. I would definitely book at this property or one of his other two properties I looked at. 10/10 recommend!

Great beach house! Outdoor shower was awesome with hot water, but missing a curtain. The place was cozy and super close to the beach. Easy access for surfing or paddle boarding on the ocean. Bathroom is small for more than a few people but worth it for the proximity to the beach.

This place was the perfect modern yet homey beach vacation stay. The place is walkable to many local coffee shops and restaurants! The owners were awesome with their responses and making sure we were satisfied with the space. I would book this place again in the future!
