Perfect place for a girls weekend! Multiple beds/rooms for everyone to have their own space. Location was perfect for us, easy to walk to the beach and right across the street from restaurants/bars.

Only complaint was nearby bar or restaurant was very loud until 2 or 3 a.m. on both weekend evenings.

Nice place and we only had a few issues with the wifi and access to the upstairs C unit but our host was very responsive and remedied the situation. Enjoyed the stay.

The house was very beautiful and clean. The host was amazing about everything . Parking is a little tight especially if you park in front of the house but if you drive a smaller vehicle it wouldn’t be a problem. Overall it was great stay for my group of 12 guests!

Luke was very responsive and provided detailed instructions. The place was absolutely beautiful. I stayed in the unit upstairs, which was very spacious clean and updated. It was located in an area that is very walkable with lots of restaurants, etc. The only downside was the bar across the street was open till 2 AM with loud music. After the bar would close at 2 o’clock, The patrons would move out onto the street till about 4 AM. I’m a very sensitive to sound and I was there for a 70 mile triathlonThe noise impeded with my rest. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

Luke’s beach house was awesome for our large group! Fantastic location, and great setup with three separate units and plenty of Beds and Bathrooms. There was a slight hiccup when the unit wasn’t fully cleaned at the time of our check in, but Luke was very responsive and got the cleaners back over to finish the job. We really appreciated his and the cleaners’ quick action! Overall would highly recommend - it’s a great spot!

Luke provides a great 3 unit condo, 1 block from the beach and located centrally in downtown Wristsville beach next to all the best restaurants and night life. Highly recommend this location when looking for a lovely atmosphere with great place to relax beachside. Would love to come back !

I got the spot for my friends visiting from England. We loved it and had an awesome time! Luke was great, very responsive and helpful. The place was spotless, and perfectly located to explore Wrightsville Beach. I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

We rent a lot at Wrightsville Beach, and this home was right up there with some of the best we’ve rented. For an extended family get together that consisted of three families, the three separate units were perfect. The decor is comfortable and appealing, the kitchens were well appointed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The coffee makers were clean (so important in a rental!), most necessary supplies (trash bags, washing machine detergent, hand soap, etc.) were supplied, and there were enough towels for all. The few minor items that needed attention were reported to the owner who was grateful for the feedback. The whole process was smooth. The location is right around the corner from so many great WB restaurants and stores … it isn’t a quiet location, but it is super convenient and fun. We would be very happy renting from Luke at this location again!

Great spot for our family of 11, steps from the beach and lots of restaurants/shops! It was nice having separate units and kitchens/living rooms for everyone to spread out.

We needed a larger property to accommodate family for the UNCW winter graduation. The house was perfect! 1 min walk if that to beach, 2 min walk to coffee. Easy to park. Bed mattresses were comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This property was ideal for or vacation. We had access to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. I would recommend to any friends or family wanting to visit the Wilmington area. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This Airbnb spot is absolutely amazing!! It is in the perfect location from the beach, bars, and restaurants! They kept great care of this home and it was so clean! If you get the whole house, the split of the rooms is easy, and even nice so guests can have their own space and bathrooms. I was a little hesitant at spending as much as we did, but after the experience, I felt they priced it fairly. It really is a full package for big groups. We loved the front and back patios. With 13 guests, we always felt like there was enough room for everyone. I would recommend this house to any friend group or family looking to stay in Wrightsville Beach. We had an amazing bachelorette weekend in Wrightsville and really enjoyed having a comfortable space that fit all of us. Luke and Kelsey were very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The house was clean and well taken care of. Would recommend for any large groups traveling to the Wrightsville Beach area!

We had 10 people doing a beach weekend. The house is amazing for large groups of people with so many bedrooms. The unit is very clean, has two huge patios (we spent a lot of time hanging out in the back one in the evening), and is super close to so many things to do/eat.

Awesome place that worked great for our family reunion.
