Nordic Studio Escape in Central Wilmington

Me and my wife had an Amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very organized .The bed was especially cozy, and we appreciated all the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and the shampoo and conditioner.The location was perfect, close to everything in the area we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy.Siri was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and host we are definitely staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!Thanks a lot Siri!

i don’t ever write reviews but this space deserves one. i’ve stayed in plenty of spaces but this was my all time favorite. it was extremely clean, spacious for 2, and just an overall comfortable living space. i loved the area, it was quiet and surrounded by trees which was super cute to wake up to. i will be keeping this place in mind for future plans. :)

This was the perfect place for a quick weekend in Wilmington. I could drive to everywhere I needed to be within 20 minutes and had a great parking spot in the driveway. The back deck was also lovely for some fresh air!

Communication was very professional. The place was clean and looks just like the photos. Felt new, cozy and well decorated. Safe neighborhood. Center of Wilmington so easy access to beach and downtown if you’re a tourist. Keep in mind they don’t have a microwave or freezer. It does have a portable electric stovetop and a washer/dryer which was great.

I come to Wilmington at least once a year to visit with family that lives one street over from this location. It's perfect for one person or a couple. It's new and the amenities are nice, and it's very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if it's available the next time I'm in town. Thanks Siri!

Overall a pretty good place to stay.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a mini vacation and were very satisfied. Had all the amenities as listed and even a full body mirror which was convenient! The location was peaceful and mostly everything was nearby. The only con to keel in mind is there is no microwave to warm up food just a hot stove. Overall a 4/5! Recommend!

The place was clean and quiet, within 10 - 15 minutes of tons of great restaurants, beaches, and biking and hiking trails. Nice balcony out back to enjoy some solitude. Siri was a great host who reached out several times to check in with us.

Overall, our stay was good. The neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired, and the renters at the front of the property were quite noisy at times. Thankfully, we always bring a fan to help with background noise, so it wasn’t a major issue. The room was clean, and having a washer and dryer available was a huge plus—Tide pods were even provided, although we didn’t use them due to sensitive skin. Check-in and check-out were seamless, with clear instructions. The host was extremely responsive and the location was convenient to everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Siri’s place! It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was between downtown and the beach. There is a coffee shop within walking distance and the street reminds me of my childhood.

This Cozy studio was a gem. Centrally located between Downtown and beaches. Just what I needed. I would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay. The listing was as described. Everything felt brand new and clean. The location was perfect for us to be near our friend in town. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. there’s parking if you’re renting a car. Kitchenette + washer available if you’re staying for longer trip. Only thing I wish the unit had was a long full sized mirror.

Siri’s home was just like the pictures! Nice private entrance, plenty of parking, and easy access. No issues at all with check in, and Siri was quick to follow up after check in to ensure everything went well. The home was stocked with essentials including towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. The deck area was my favorite part, and a great place to have morning coffee or enjoy dinner. The bed is SO comfortable, so it’s easy to get a good night sleep. Siri was great at communicating and checking in throughout the trip. She was always quick to respond and very helpful. A few notes to keep in mind during your stay: - The fridge does not have a freezer portion so be mindful when you grocery shop to avoid frozen foods. - There is no microwave. So when reheating food I often used the plug in stove top to reheat food. - The neighborhood had a noticeable contrast between well-kept homes and several trailers or properties that appeared abandoned or in disrepair

Siri was very nice and responsive. The location is private and is very accessible to both downtown and the beach. Also, the place was very clean and well decorated as well! Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

The place was beautiful and had everything I needed for my two week stay. I loved the sliding door and when it rained I just opened and listened to nature. I will definitely be booking again for a getaway . Siri replied and accommodated me as needed and I’m very grateful.
