**Cozy Cabin for a Romantic Getaway or Family Fun**

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom and basement cabin with 6 beds sleeps 9 is perfect for creating unforgettable memories, whether you're here for a romantic escape or bringing the whole family.

Enjoy privacy and tranquility with stunning mountain views, a gas log fireplace inside, a hot tub, a gas grill, an outdoor fire pit, game room, and 2 covered decks with dining areas.

We’re dog-friendly too!

We welcome you to come and disconnect at Whispering Pines Cabin! If nature is your thing, then this is your spot! The woods to the left of the cabin is all ours. Enjoy the serenity of being in the mountains enjoying amazing long-range views, spectacular sunsets while having deer roam the property freely.
Views from the main floor porch and downstairs covered porch while enjoying the fire pit or soaking your stress away in the hot tub.

Cabin
This cabin is nestled in a quiet community surrounded by nature. Well positioned with close proximity to markets, restaurants, winery’s, locals towns for shopping, waterfalls and hiking trails, Lakes, boating, fishing, white water rafting, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, biking, off-roading and so much more!

Dining Room
Wood dining room table comfortably sits 6 and while steps away from the kitchen, it still allows you to interact with everyone hanging out in the living room.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glassware, flatware, blender, toaster, air fryer, full-size appliances, ice-maker, electric stove top, microwave, Keurig, K-cups and so much more! We are even stocked with children’s cups, plates and utensils.

Living Room
The living rom is the hub of this cabin. A sofa and loveseat will accommodate everyone comfortably while you enjoy the fireplace, and large tv or play music on the surround sound.

Main Floor Bedroom
This room features a California king size bed with a full size bathroom. Along with the laundry room. It is on the main floor and will not require any steps to access it. This room features a walk in closet. Nightstands will be on either side of the bed and have power strips to plug in your electronics.

Main floor Porch
The second floor porch is open to the most spectacular mountain and sunset views, this is a secluded space with 4 rocking chairs for true porch living. A table for 4-6 where you can enjoy a nice game of checkers or even have a nice meal. You will be completely surrounded by nature as you enjoy this space.

UPSTAIRS
Loft Bedroom offers a Day bed with trundle with the most comfortable mattress’s will make it difficult for you to leave the bed in the morning (or in the afternoon!). Full bathroom only a few steps away. Along with a work station if needed. The windows provide spectacular views as well as overlooking to the downstairs living room.

Upstairs Bedroom
This room features a queen size bed, walk in closet and two nights stands on each side of the bed with power strips. You will also find a chair in the corner. This bedroom has a full bathroom that is shared with the loft bedroom.

Downstairs basement:
This room is the kids hangout area (can also be for the big kids!). 2 leather comfy chairs, side table, 4 seating dinning table used for eating or a good card game. TV, 2 heaters (gas and electric for the cold nights) board games, darts, connect four, 2 man basketball and so much more. You will also find three twin bunkbeds. This room is where childhood cabin memories are made of. As for the adults you will find a wine rack bar glasses and a smoker for those speciality drinks.

Downstairs patio
Step outside from the basement door and indulge yourself in the hot tub, make S’mores at the fire pit, hook up your phone to Bluetooth and connect to a light up speaker and pull out those corn hole board’s. You can also enjoy the grill providing a propane tank for your use. A start up box of firewood is yours to use on your first night in.

Firepit Area
This space is the perfect area to make smores, catch the sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage and making memories.

**Included for Your Stay:**
- Starter kit: 2 trash bags, 1 paper towel roll, 2 washer machine pods, dish soap (kitchen), hand soap (kitchen and bathrooms), shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bar of soap (small size set in each bathroom)

*Note: This is a starter kit for your arrival. Bring additional items if needed based on length of stay.*

**Additional Information:**
- Outdoor fire pit: Do not leave unattended
- Indoor gas fireplace (seasonal: October-March): Use only with the on/off remote provided. Do not leave unattended.

Guest have access to the entire cabin except the storage closet in the guest room upstairs and Private closet in basement.

This cabin is a perfect retreat for relaxation and getting away from it all.

**House Rules:**
- Be respectful of the neighbors
- No loud music or excessive noise after 11pm
- No parties
- Quiet time: 10pm Sunday-Thursday, 11pm Friday-Saturday
- The cabin is not childproof except for two baby gates. One is located downstairs and the other is in upstairs bedroom closet
- Dogs allowed with additional pet fee and approval (max 2). A fee will be assessed if not disclosed during reservation.

Place was a great cabin with cool deer that walk around while you sit by the campfire. Multiple beds and easy for a group to stay and relax by the mountains. The host is wonderful.

Sarah's place was exactly what was described and perfect for our family. The house was very clean, and my kids LOVED the game room. My favorite was the views from the porch, the lovely fire pit and the hot tub. Sarah had a welcome basket for us and even had supplies for SMORE'S. We hope to come back soon. :)

This was my second stay at Sarah’s place, and it was even more enjoyable than the first. We held a larger women’s retreat and found the sleep spaces were flexible, there was room to gather and hang out, and plenty of blankets to cozy up with while we chatted. The hot tub downstairs was a hit as expected. Thanks for another great stay!
