When the sun starts to dip, gather the crew in the game room for a night full of friendly fun. Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Walk into the game room that features a full-size pool table, indoor multi-player hoops game, foosball table, indoor/outdoor cornhole/tic-tac-toe bean bag game. Through the game room that leads you to the kitchen and living room. Living room features a big 83" TV & sound bar with 500+ channels with Paramount+ streaming ready for your gaming system. Board games are available just below the TV in the entertainment center. The Kitchen has seating for 12 at the table island. Stove, Microwave, and Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice and Water in the Door. Many other appliances are available like Coffee Makers, Toaster, Airfryer/Pressure/Slow Cooker. Pantry. Out the sliding glass door to the patio. Featuring a picnic table for 8, a patio table for 4, a bench swing for 2, a fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, and a charcoal/smoker grill. Each bedroom had a 55" Samsung TV has 500+ channels with Paramount+ streaming. The TVs in each Bedroom are Game Ready. Each TV is capable of playing Xbox Game Pass, Nvidia GeForce Now, Amazon Luna, and others. But, requires you to bring a Bluetooth Controller(s). If you have an Amazon Prime Account You have access to Luna Cloud Gaming. You need to login into your Amazon Account and you can link your games you already own and play. Luna has plenty for Prime members! Play Fortnite, Trackmania, or try Luna’s library with a rotating selection of games from Luna+, Epic Games, Ubisoft, or Jackbox Games. You can also play select PC games you already own from GOG and Ubisoft by linking your accounts. Gaming Subscriptions are also available for the latest game on Prime. 2 full bathrooms. Laundry Room has Washer, Dyer, Iron, Ironing Board, and Pack and Play Crib. Garage with Wifi Remote from your phone upon email Linked access. Keypad remote once activated will also work with your front door access pad. Your email is required to link for wifi phone remote access to the MyQ app. Once your stay is over with, your email will be deleted. No emails will be sent to you once your stay has ended. "My Q" app is also required to be downloaded. This is why the email address is required to link the access code to your phone to the MyQ App. The garage can only fit medium to small vehicles. Wifi has QR Code scan capability or you can just use your network settings to access wifi. The entire house and private backyard are available for you and your guests. Text or Call same number A book is available just below the TV in the main room. It will help guests with what is available in and around Mesa, Phoenix, and Arizona. Current events websites can be found in the book. Arizona Tours can be found in the book. Charging stations can be found in the book. Wine tasting Tours can be found in the book. Food tours can be found in the book. Fun places for the kids can be found in the book. Places to eat can be found in the book. So much information is listed in the book. 2 beds are on the Pit Group Couch. You need 6 pieces to make a full bed or double as know in other places. Bedding materials are in the hall closet near the laundry room. Living Room has 83" TV with sound bar and with ready access for your game console. Sound bar is Bluetooth. Sometimes does not connect. Unplug and replug sound bar power. Menu pops on TV asking to access to sound bar. Lots of Board Games available below TV in Living Room. Patio seats 12 for dining. Picnic Table seat 8. Patio Table seat 4. Swing Seats 2. 1 Propane BBQ Grill. 1 Charcoal Smoke/Grill. 1 Fire Pit. Dining room Table seat 12 with leg room. More but no leg room. Laundry has Free use Washer / Dryer, Ironing Board, and Iron. Garage can be accessed via "My Q" app. Need your email to send you a link. Your door code also can work on the garage door keypad with an email link. Small and medium cars and trucks will fit into the garage. Large SUVs and Truck will not fit. We have a Graco Pack and Play Crib with sheets available in the Laundry Room. Free Internet is Fiber fed 500mbs with WIFI that can be accessed by scanning WIFI QR Code or through your network setting on your device. Smart TVs have Local channels 3-61, Internet Steaming Channels 1000-4600, Paramount Plus Streaming Service, and any of your subscription services that you log-in to.

We had a fabulous time. It was situated close to our needs and fit our extended family nicely.
Great location! We enjoyed the big TV, and the pool table was a great way to unwind after a long day. Rae was responsive with any questions, that we had. We'd definitely stay again.
