This building is located near so many activities, event centers, concert facilities, and of course, Historic Downtown Wilmington. Transportation Wave Transit: The Wave Transit system provides bus services throughout the city, making it convenient to explore different neighborhoods and attractions. Visit their website for routes, schedules, and fare information. Bike Share: Downtown Wilmington offers bike-sharing services, allowing you to easily rent a bike and explore the area on two wheels. Look for the bike-share stations located throughout the neighborhood. Walking: Downtown Wilmington is a walkable area with wide sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and plenty of crosswalks. It's a great way to experience the charm of the neighborhood up close. And of course, there's always Uber. Parking at our place is free, but most street parking downtown requires payment either by meters, parking decks, or paid parking lots. The parking lot is pretty steep. There is reserved parking but we recommend briefly parking near the door to unload your suitcases etc. Also note that the unit is on the 3rd floor, which requires using indoor stairs, as there is not an elevator.

June 2025 5.00Came for a concert and stayed the weekend to go to the beach! The location is just a few blocks from downtown and the riverwalk with great restaurants nearby. Not a far drive from the beach but beach traffic did make the drive a bit longer (that was expected though) Jesse was very responsive and helpful during check in and check out! Definitely a nice place to stay!

May 2025 5.00The place is a new third floor walkup aside the historic Downtown Wilmington. I thought it was a great value for the money. The place had what I needed. It is about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars that are downtown and an easy drive to Wrightsville beach or other local spots. Jesse responded immediately to any message.
