Great stay for my family and I visiting from Texas! Family of 9 and it was perfect! So spacious, so clean, the pool was perfect. Great and fast communication from the host as well! Would definitely come back and stay here!

Michelle’s place was great! We loved the location. It’s in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood and not too far from chase field. Which is what we were going for. We were a group of seven and it was very roomy for us, enough towels and toiletries were provided. The pool was really nice and clean. We also enjoyed the game room. We had a great stay!

Great stay gave me time to relax and reflect would definitely go again

The house inside was very nice and spacious! The kitchen had plenty of utensils and items to use for cooking. Everything was working and clean. The rooms were nice and bedding and pillows were comfortable. I meant to look at the pillow brand that’s how comfortable they were. It was easy to access the house. The showers had great pressure. The outside backyard is spacious, however it needs some TLC. We were excited about the backyard amenities but weren’t able to enjoy fully. Most of lawn furniture needs to be replaced or to be refurbished. I know that they have someone come and do the yard because they were there when we stayed.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had questions. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was especially nice and well-maintained, which we really enjoyed during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

My family and I rented this Airbnb to house family from out of town for my daughter’s high school graduation. Overall, it met our needs very well. The home was clean, roomy, and the host was very responsive. It even had lots of activities like a pool table and ping pong table. However, I do agree with the other reviewer who mentioned that the backyard seemed neglected. Some of the stone paving and steps are loose (safety hazard), the grill needs to be serviced, the landscaping was neglected and the outdoor lights were hard to find. The interior also seemed to need several repairs as well, so much that it made me wonder how often the host checks in on the home. The garbage disposal never worked for our stay, several of the blinds for the windows were broken, the garage door sticks when you attempt to close it, and some of the furniture (like the bench outside) was unstable. To the host’s credit, when I alerted them to the issues, they offered to send maintenance out to fix it.

Thanks for being a great host & being so responsive with our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay & the house was perfect for us being in town for a family graduation. Outdoor area could use a spruce up, but didn’t affect our stay by any means. Would definitely stay again, neighborhood was peaceful, we enjoyed morning walks & being in the pool.

Awesome stay

Michelle’s place was perfect for our family of 10. Spacious inside and out. Pool table, ping pong, and swimming pool were used by all with the grandkids enjoying every second in the pool. Very private location in a pleasant neighborhood. Easy access to airport and downtown Phoenix. Michelle is a very responsive host.

Todo bien , Michelle es muy atenta , solo tuvimos que esperar hora y media para poder entrar ya que aún no terminaban la limpieza , el lugar es espacioso y muy cómodo dormimos y estuvimos muy agusto , en general todo estuvo bien muy limpio , solo el área de la piscina creo necesita un poco más de mantenimiento pero la pasamos muy bien !

Overall, the property was neglected. The inside of the house was not very inviting. The outside pool and patio area was extremely neglected. We had to leave and find another location.

Michelle was an amazing host! She was so pleasant, quick to respond and proactive! Her home was amazing! We felt at home there. It is a perfect location, beautiful and safe neighborhood and close to shopping and food. I will definitely stay there again!

This home filled our needs perfectly. It was spacious and located near plenty of golf courses. The host was very interactive.

Michelle’s place was extremely nice. It looks exactly like the photos. I definitely want to go back when it’s warmer so I can enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard a bit more. The pool table is a nice touch inside the house, along with the living room kitchen area which is perfect for a pizza and movie night. And the master bedroom is def amazing with the walk in shower and spacious setting. Extremely grateful I got to bring my family here. We all had a great time.

Nice home and very kind host!

The house was really clean and easy to find. Michelle was quick to answer any questions which was great. The property company did cause us a bit of a hassle saying we stained towels that we didn’t see stained when we left but I don’t feel like that is a host issue, just something to be aware of when you are using or washing towels at this property.

Michelle is a responsive host, the house was exactly as described and fit 9 people comfortably.

Great locations and nice views. Very close to walking trails and shops. Backyard is peaceful and has lots of space to relax.

This is our second year staying at Michelle‘s place as last time it was a great experience. We will be back for a third year around the same time. Appreciate the prompt responses if I had a question.

Great house, very spacious and everything ran smoothly!! The bonus was in the master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or with a group. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and it is in a safe neighborhood. Worth every penny and would most definitely come back in the future!

Michelle’s large desert retreat was a wonderful getaway for my friends and me. The location felt very safe and offered beautiful views, and we really enjoyed making use of the pool during our stay. The home was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made our trip all the more comfortable. The only small downside was that we arrived 15 minutes before check-in and weren’t able to enter early- a bit of a let down after a long 7-hour drive, but certainly understandable. Overall, a great stay in a peaceful and scenic setting!

Michelle is a fantastic host! Any concerns or questions I had I took straight to her and she always answered quickly and kindly! The home was absolutely beautiful and just what my family was looking for. Everything was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool table was a big hit for my group, the backyard and pool were stunning, and the beds were so cozy, it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out and about. Thank you Michelle for hosting us, we’d love to stay with you again in the future.

Thank you Michelle We had a great time overall Bayside upstairs TV not working and downstairs bedroom was very warm but other than that we had an amazing time. Yes, it was worth it.

La casa es exactamente como en las fotos, la alberca estaba limpia y lista para su uso, la mesa de billar estaba completa al igual que la mesa de ping pong. La casa grande y acogedora. Un muy buen lugar para pasar en familia.

Michelle was very responsive and Worked with us to accommodate our changing arrival schedule. She checked in through the app after we arrived and sent us clear checkout instructions prior to our check out time. We stayed at the house for 7 nights with a party of 5 and had plenty of room.. The pool was nice and the pictures represented the property well. Would highly recommend this rental.
