Great place to stay in thought house could have been a little cleaner, cleaning crew was trying to finish cleaning when we got there at 4:00 pm and towels were left in the dryer also towel racks where a little too loose on the wall kinda felt like a set up but other than that great place to stay for the price quiet neighborhood and relaxing vibes

Very close to UNCW campus which was nice. Everything was as described but needed a closet or armoire for the master to help with hanging clothes. Otherwise it was a good clean rental. Host was very good and responsive with communication! Will use again.

Mark's place was located right between all the sites in Wilmington (Wrightsville Beach, Riverfront, Arboretum, Gardens, USS North Carolina) and right next to UNC Wilmington. We had a great stay with the family and the checkout instructions were simple.

The house was beautiful we felt right at home. The only downside was no tv in any of the bedrooms, with preteens we almost died lol. Everything else was great!

The house was great! A few hiccups when we got there (master bed was broken, mess in the freezer) but Mark was very responsive and had someone come out to fix it right away!

First off, this whole experience was a 10/10 that should be recommend to anyone who wants to have a fun but also memorable time. Picking this airbnb and booking you would think that’s it but no, Mark the host is very attentive and easy to reach. While staying at this airbnb everything is accessible from the places to eat and place to simply enjoy yourself. I really appreciate EVERYTHING from Mark to the people in Wilmington. I wish i could stay long, but thank you the marvelous stay.

This home was amazing, just under 15 minutes away from the beach and not a lot of noise. This home was very clean coming in and the AC felt great with how hot it was outside. Would definitely come again. If you dont mind a short drive to the beach this is the spot🙌

Staying at Mark's Airbnb was a great experience with cozy accommodations and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. Mark was attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Great communications and recommendations to a farmers market upon request. Although there were a few hiccups, issues were swiftly resolved with genuine concern and efficiency making our stay even more enjoyable. We left with fond memories and a deep appreciation for exceptional hospitality. We were in a perfect location for site seeing and visiting family, and lots of restaurant choices within 10 minutes. The house is nicely located near stores, restaurants, UNC- Wilmington, and the beach. Once we got into the house, my son's friends quickly indicated how nice and spacious it is. Host kept in contact throughout our stay. I did indicate to the host a few things to look into (ie having TV's in all the bedrooms and not having lawn maintenance come early in the morning). Overall, a great stay and highly recommend.

This property was prefect for what my family had needed. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of all we needed. The house was great! Had a couple of concerns but have address to mark to look into and fix so it will not cause issues with other rentals in the near future. These concerns could have came from careless past renters. Also it comes with normal wear and torn on a property. Overall we were pleased and would return again if we need this area again.

Location was ideal for any sort of visit to Wilmington whether that was a beach vacation or a going-out to town vacation. Huge space big enough to sleep up to 10 people and was very clean. Host left a binder full of info about things to do/see in Wilmington. I feel sorry for those who don’t find this property during their visit to Wilmington!

Home was spacious and clean. Mark sent instructions for getting inside well in advance and was very friendly. The property is located on a short, non-busy street but is also not far from many points of interest - great restaurants, Wrightsville Beach, etc. Would stay there again.

We were visiting for a work event. This home was perfect for our group and it was very convenient to everything.

The house was in the perfect location for getting around Wilmington and Wrightsville beach for the wedding. The owners stayed in contact throughout the weekend and answered any questions or needs we had. We offered suggestions for a few minor improvements and the owner was very appreciative! We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet street. Loved the large dining table. Mark had a baby/pup gate for the stairs. Convenient location/minutes from downtown. Close to several grocery stores and restaurants.

Me and my family had a great time here at this Airbnb ! It was easy to find very clean and quiet inside was clean, smelled good, organized and there was supplies there to use. Communication with host was excellent and he was very good at responding and making sure everything was okay during our stay. We loved it 10/10 experience

We liked this Airbnb because it was In a great location, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and stores to shop. Mark was a great host, very helpful with everything we asked about and also issuing a refund for the cleaning fee. The problem we did encounter was the towels, wash clothes, and linen wasn't clean. We had to rewash everything. The cleaning person didn't arrive until we showed up to check in. That's the first time I even showed up to check in and the cleaning person shows up too. We found dirty dishes placed back in the cabinet, oven needs cleaning, a oven roaster wasn't clean, coffee pot still had some tea in it. The blind to the sliding glass door had a one that was missing. Anyone can peep into the home while standing at back door. The yard was also not cleaned. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedroom andhallway.Mark said he would take care of everything. I would give him a 2nd chance. Maybe he replaced the cleaning person, I know I would.

We arrived at the houses and it was nicely furnished and very clean. The House was in a good location for the activities that our group was interested in for the weekend. The owner communicated very well and expressed interest in us having a great stay. I would definitely book this place again and I will be hopeful that it is available for my future trips to Wilmington. What a fantastic place. Thank you so much for having us.

Mark's very lovely home was the cleanest Airbnb my wife and I have stayed in! The home was immaculate! We were in town for a wedding which was less than 10 minutes away. We were also only 5 miles away from the beach. My only regret is that we weren't able to stay long enough!

Great house with lots of space and everything you need for a stay near the beach!

We came down for a visit to UNC Wilmington and property was extremely close to the campus. Wrightsville Beach was a quick drive. Overall - extremely happy with location and size of house.

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington to visit with family. The place was perfect for our needs, which was basically a place to land. The host was a great communicator and was so prompt on answering questions, etc.

Literally middle point between the beach and downtown Wilmington so very convenient which is what I wanted. Such a beautiful property; very peaceful and quiet. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed it a lot and would highly recommend to others. I would likely stay there again as well when I come down there regularly for the beach.

Great stay! nice, private location that was very clean and very well suited for an AirBnB. Location was close enough to the beach, for easy enough access. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Everything was as described. Check in was easy and there was lots of parking. No issues at all - definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Mark's place. The location was perfect for us...only five minutes from the wedding venue we were going to. We had a little trouble unlocking the door, but Mark answered my message immediately to give us the trick for the finicky door. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Mark was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation!
