Worth every penny. This home was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect for a beach house. Love the layout and the beds. Celia and Eric were extremely responsive and helpful with everything. Super easy to find the house and the directions for getting our parking passes were great. They even provided all the information for getting around easy. They are in a great location. It was extremely peaceful and I would love to return one day.

We had an excellent time! I love the location. We have stayed in Palmetto Dune’s before, absolutely beautiful!. Celia was excellent and extremely helpful and sweet! We would 100% stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Was a little hesitant about the walk to the beach but the Dunes Buggy was such an amazing resource and made getting to and from the beach zero stress at all! Even though we did not need these items this unit is nicely stocked with baby equipment like a pack n play & little high chair - probably more but those were the items I saw. Very nicely stocked with beach equipment that is in good condition that made our travel lighter. The owners are extremely responsive and accomodating with any questions or issues that come up! We highly recommend!

Great stay, rental was nicely decorated and very spacious!

The condo was a good location. I loved the pool right out the back deck. Could ride bike to beach but w chairs and bags we took dunes buggy. Was very spacious condo.

We’ve been to HHI many times but this was our first stay in Palmetto Dunes. We loved Celia’s villa! From the thoughtful decorating touches (lots of family games, books, puzzles), well stocked kitchen (plenty of dishes, pans, and personally I love a few Tupperware pieces and small stash of spices and foil!) beautiful, comfortable furnishings, beach equipment- this villa truly has everything you need. It definitely felt like staying at a friend’s house not a sterile rental. We loved this property!

Celia’s place was fantastic. The pool was steps from the back deck, very convenient. The condo was spacious and had a great layout. The property is walkable and everyone was so nice. We enjoyed the beach as well as playing pickleball on one of the great courts.

We love Palmetto Dunes and this was in a great location. We had multiple minor issues that created a less than enjoyable start to our stay. Issues being: no parking pass left for us upon entry (had to make a call), no high chair at residence as described by host, bedrooms upstairs were uncomfortably warm due to dirty filters in AC units. The condo appeared clean on the surface but the issue with the AC filters left us questioning the actual cleanliness of the place. The property maintenance group was very responsive and corrected all issues within 3 days. They did have a nice new high chair delivered to the condo, but left it to guests to put together which we felt was a little awkward. The condo backs up to the golf course and pool which is very nice. However there is a gated septic/irrigation system that puts off a sulphuric smell which the wind would blow our direction at times hindering us from enjoying the back deck.

Overall we had a wonderful experience and the host was very helpful and responsive. Ownership shifted while we were waiting on our trip so I’m sure they inherited a few minor issues. The host resolved any issue immediately. Beautiful condo and surrounding area. So close to the pool and walking distance to beach. It’s a bit of a walk especially with kids and equipment but there is a very convenient shuttle and bikes to rent. Some of the dishes , towels and sheets weren’t the cleanest but that’s an easy fix. We did have to take a car to the airport for parking. The price was more than was listed but again, being newer owners I’m sure they didn’t know. The upstairs split units take a while to cool down the rooms but, keep the doors closed and it helps tremendously. We would stay here again.

Had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out very easy. The location was convenient and worked perfectly for our trip. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My family loves Palmetto Dunes & Queens Grant is easy to access with a great location in the plantation. Our stay in this unit was nice, and we really enjoyed the family friendly games that were affixed in the condo, as well as the extras tucked away. This unit has 3 bedrooms and the mini-split HVAC units in the upper bedrooms were definitely a blessing! The outdoor space is very comfortable, and there are cushions safely stored in the master, which is directly off the deck. (We desperately needed bug spray, but welcome to the low country!) The kitchen is better equipped than most; however, there wasn’t a cleaning product provided aside from dish soap. Our group of 8 was able to cook meals & eat together, but the kitchen is “cozy.” Note: In the unit, there are 2 1/2 baths, the 3rd shower is outdoors in the utility area, which is great for some private outdoor storage, too. The main living space was great for games & fellowship for our family, & the host was responsive & helpful!

Very comfortable bedrooms for our group of 2 adults & 6 kids. Living space worked well, too. Only one bath towel per occupant provided, but the washer/dryer worked well. Only issues were with the kitchen. Cabinets were filled with glassware & various pots & pans leaving no room for groceries and no plastic ware for children. Ice maker didn’t work but bagged ice was delivered promptly as was a pitcher when I mentioned there not being one. Trash service was supposed to be Tuesday & Friday, but the can was overflowing when we arrived Monday & not picked up till Saturday.

Celia’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend!
