The house itself was very nice. Beautiful and big. However, there were a lot of little things wrong. It was a lot of simple things that, if fixed, could’ve let this air bnb be a 5 star. The backyard barstools had deteriorated fabric and cushions, so you couldn’t use them. The hammock was sun damaged and ripped so you couldn’t use it. The bbq grill did not properly light or work. The dining room chair was broken at the top. There was no pool skimmer to get leaves out of pool (host did immediately send us a new one which was fantastic!) We didn’t have enough bath towels or pool towels for each guest (we had to do laundry there). We enjoyed our stay and made the best of it, the area was beautiful and the house could’ve been amazing with minor attention to details. I would’ve loved to rate this higher because the host was responsive and amazing, but it was just okay. For the price we paid, I just felt very disappointed that there were so many small issues. The beds were so comfy tho!

A very spacious and well appointed property conveniently located to the greater Phoenix Area - almost everything is no more than a 10-30 minute drive. I was taking a course at Radford Racing School nearby - the house was perfectly placed for that. Sprouts and other grocery stores are less than 10 minutes drive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would stay again.

This place was fantastic. Very close to so many attractions yet it felt like a private resort with a gorgeous backyard. We took a family vacation with our 5 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Beds are super comfortable, linens are clean and seem new. Hosts are super responsive and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Absolutely would stay here again.

Magnificent. Enjoy the sunrise beaming through a peaceful backyard vibrant with peaceful birds chirping. Minutes away from walking/hiking the Ahwatukee Foothills which are sacred. The backyard is incredibly peaceful. Stayed in the master bedroom; bed/shower/amenities were super comfortable. Place has everything you need to cook. Incredible peaceful at night. Bummed I had to fly back early; would have continued my stay here for sure. Will stay again. The double shower + filtered shower head was a surprising bonus.

We recently spent a week at this property and really enjoyed the location — it’s in a great area, and the home’s layout and backyard spaces are excellent for relaxing or spending time with friends. The potential of this home as a high-end rental is clear. That said, during our stay, there were quite a few small issues throughout the house that needed repair or attention. The swimming pool needed servicing (which was taken care of) and the outdoor barbecue area was quite dirty and in noticeable disrepair, which took away a little bit from the overall experience. To their credit, the owners were very responsive, readily acknowledged all of the issues we brought up, and assured us they would be taking care of everything right away. With those improvements, which they assured us they would complete, this will easily be a five-star property.
