The most special part about this home is your outdoor amenities. The yard includes a pool, a lounge around the firepit covered by the gazebo, and a grassy area for games and running around.

Notice our indoor games as well! We considered the adults as well as the kids and prepared the home accordingly for you.

This home is a short walk to the hiking trails! Start your day with a sunrise stroll through the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. All Trails is a great phone app to help you select trails for your level of desire for a challenge!

We maximized every corner of this home to provide entertainment and leisure in some form.

Starting with the inside...

For example, our secondary living room is a meditation room with yoga mats and exercise bands.

Ava Kate and Mike are available 24/7 to accommodate you, and we will otherwise give you your privacy.

At the foot of Phoenix Mountain Preserve and just a couple of blocks from food and bars, you will feel like you have everything you need in this otherwise quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Quick access to mountain trails.

Super easy in this residential neighborhood. Uber/Lyft are everywhere. Quick access to everything you may want to do in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

This was truly a hidden Gem, right away when you walk in seeing the beautiful esthetic, you want to see the rooms and they did not disappoint and the resort like backyard was a beautiful bonus, I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with an even more beautiful backyard. Perfect to enjoy some relaxation and family time especially with the pool and outdoor amenities. The indoor space was perfect as well. Would recommend again!

Just a couple very minor, easily solved issues. The place was great, hosts were very responsive, the place was overall clean. The pool and backyard were nice. Would recommend staying.

Realty staff were fantastic and responsive. Only 2 MINOR issues were: 1. the lack of baking dishes and what was available didn’t fit well in double oven. 2. $125 a day for the pool heater seemed pricey and takes a long time to heat.

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about my stay here. The property matched the description to a T. Our plans took us between Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix and we were centrally located to both. We wanted to hike and the Phoenix mountain preserve is a popular hike and was only 10 minutes away. The pool was clean and we definitely were appreciative of being able to use it because the weather was so warm and sunny—perfect for the pool. We loved the interior decor as well! Plenty of space, comfortable accommodations, clean bathrooms, and every single listed amenity worked without issue. If we ever do a group trip to Phoenix again, I will be checking this listings availability first because it was literally perfect. This is also a minor detail to point out, but the host had basically all the seasonings you would need for a basic meal already provided and I loved that The final thing I’ll say is that the host was incredibly responsive and proactive which I will always appreciate.
