Close to biking trails, neighborhood park and in the summer a neighborhood pool. Close to expressways & shopping. Plenty of cooking utensils!

Plenty of parking off street for 4 cars

All of the space is available except garage!

In the event of an emergency there is a shed apartment out back of property in which a Frenchman, a pastry chef by the name of Hugues he will contact us. Hugues has been a tenant for 3 years. He is trying to recover from some health issues and is a very quiet person. However, he loves to bake.

You may observe 3 Feral cats who come to be fed by Hugues at his door, they are afraid of guests and will not interact
