Grand Retreat w/Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, King Bed

It was a nice clean place. My only complaint was that the gentleman who lives in the apartment above this location was very loud throughout the night.

Luke was an exceptional host from start to finish! Communication was quick, clear, and super friendly, making check-in a breeze. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and exactly as described. Luke went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, the space was comfortable and cozy, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Luke’s place to anyone looking for a great experience. Thanks again, Luke!

I’m sorry to say that our experience was not the best I’ve ever had. The condo was nice enough. It was the fact that towels, blankets and linens were skimpy. We had two wash cloths between us and no large pool towels. The pull out bed had no bedding at all and the bed in the bedroom had only sheets and a thin comforter with no mattress covers on anything. The shower was super slippery with no handles and no way to prevent a fall. There looked to be some kind of possible blood stain on the white shower curtain when we went to use the bathroom. They told us we would have two parking spots adjacent to our condo and I almost never had a single spot, I had to park in the golf cart spots a-crossed the street. They were extremely strict about trash pickup but no one would pick our trash up for days despite putting it out every day at the designated times when the neighbors trash was always picked up. No option to take it to a dumpster ourselves. The floors were so dirty my socks were turning black walking around the condo. Then I payed for nine nights and the cleaning lady came in the morning of our last night stay and was extremely rude about us being there. Luke the man that we talked to insisted on charging an extra day. The app say 9 nights paid for then they tacked on another night stay because he doesn’t know the difference between 9 nights and nine days stay. Overall it dampened our stay and Unless they rectify the problems, I would not recommend staying there again.

great can't get any better

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a 30 minute drive from Mayport Naval Station. The condo was much larger than I expected and had plenty of space. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were well kept. We also enjoyed the playground with our little ones. The dog park is right on the other side of the playground (there is a double fence for safety) and our toddlers loved watching the dogs splash and run around. The building numbers are hard to see, especially at night, but once we found it the first time, it was easy to get back to. Luke was very responsive and the condo is in a nice part of town. We had a great weekend here.

Luke's place is ok but not worth the money, there's a huge crack at the bottom of the door that the geckos and cockroaches and other bugs get in to the house through, and apartment management starts working at 8am and the door wouldn't hide any of the noises from outside, and the money you spend on the cockroach repellants wont be refunded back to you, one of the bathroom you cant relax in cuz of the loud sound of the exhaust fan that seems to be falling apart and the master bathroom wont drain, which the house is trying to blame on me. all and all defiantly not worth the money

Comfortable stay. Luke was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Clean and roomy unit. The location and parking is a bit hard to find. Suggest that you bring shampoo and conditioner as the shampoo/conditioner combo packets provided are not super easy to use.

We stayed here for a month in July of 2025. We had the best time ! The pool is amazing ! The location was perfect . Luke was available but we didn’t need anything the entire stay. I would definitely stay again .

Location was great to everything. Place was spotless and huge. Accommodated my family well for our short stay.

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Jacksonville. Clean, nice area, easy to get around. I’ll likely stop in again as business requires me to be in town.

The area is just out of the way of the busy areas but still very close to everything you want to do in Jacksonville! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Super nice ….loved the pool and the exercise room …the place was super clean and Luke was super accommodating ….he was quick to respond and take care of any and all needs ….i would recommend staying here for any couple or small family …Luke is an amazingly friendly and fast responsive host ..!!

Nice condo. I was able to sit in the shallow end of the pool with the baby. It was very relaxing.

Loved the neighborhood and clubhouse amenities. Parking was no problem. Easy access to nearby highways and shopping. Wish the apartment had extra sheets and blankets for the pullout couch. Besides that, had everything we needed.

For our last minute brief stay in JAX to visit family we were thrilled to find this listing. The unit was clean and comfortable. Communication with Luke was fantastic. While the complex has lots of great amenities, we were too busy to take advantage of them. Everything was in good working order. Thanks for making this a great stay!

The area was greatly close to many restaurants . Loved how spacious the home was . A huge plus was how you were close to St. Augustine nights of lights yet further enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. A great stay I can imagine how fun it would have been had the weather permitted us to explore the amenities.

The apartment complex is beautiful. The apartment was exactly as listed. Very clean and easy to access. Luke was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice safe basic condo! The people who live above the condo make a lot of noise, moving furniture around and stuff. It was a very basic apartment and it was hard to get my favorite shows or the local news.

This was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable and easy access. We were tired and hot and just flopped in and it was all very easy

The only thing negative I can say is that the knives could use a good sharpening and some kitchen equipment such as a peeler was lacking. The atmosphere would definitely be improved by changing out the daylight bulbs throughout the place and replacing them with warm white led’s. I’d definitely stay again.

Luke's place was clean and the location of the property was very nice. However, I wasn't able to check in until 7pm. I had to sit in my car until 7pm to check in. I feel I should have received some sort of compensation for my inconvenience.

Our stay at Luke's was wonderful. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were tasteful. no clutter - but very cozy. The entire complex is beautiful. We will definitely stay at Luke's the next time we're in Jacksonville.

Had a great stay and Luke was the perfect host. We were in town to visit our Daughter and Grand baby who live in Jacksonville but we also still had to work. The home is beautiful, well furnished and had everything we needed, including a work space. There were a few challenges which the host(s) communicated and handled immediately and frankly were out of their control so overall 5 stars. Would be happy to visit again!

Great location, very nice complex lots to do

The clean feeling when I opened the door to Luke's Apt it was exquisitely relaxing for me. He was attentive to my messages and the place is perfect for a quiet vacation.

Had a very pleasant short stay, no complaints whatsoever, the host is very attentive and responsive, the place had everything promised, would definitely consider again.

The place is very good and clean but we didn’t like that were some sheets and towels inside the dryer it seems like someone forgot them there .. and it was hard to find the building and the apartment when we arrived, But other than that Luke always answer fast and the place is well organised and clean.

Luke’s home was amazing! We visited Jacksonville for Christmas and our family lives in the same complex so the location was perfect!! Being on the ground floor was a big perk! Always found a parking spot right outside the building we stayed in. The Airbnb was clean, comfy, and stocked! The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to make Christmas dinner for my family. I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb before where I didn’t need to run to the store to buy pans, serving plates, etc so thank you Luke! Glad I found this unit so close to my family and I’m excited for future visits here.

Lukes place was perfect. we visited family that was stationed at Nas Jax . Lots of amenities are available to you, so you dont have to go find things to do.
