Downtown Wilmington fun for up to 4 guests!

This was a great stay at a great price! The location is convenient for walking to grab a bite to eat or to just go see scenic views down by the river! Would definitely recommend this place for a quick weekend trip or even a full on 7+ day vacation trip! Jesse is very quick to respond and very clear with check in and out details! Will definitely keep this place saved for future trips!

Great place very quiet

Jesse was very very nice and responsive throughout our stay! He is very detailed with instructions. Everyone seemed friendly and it was quiet around the area! We love love love the nightlife so it was a perfect t spot for us! Definitely loved the place and host!

Perfect place!

Great location. My daughter and I went down for Azalea Festival and it was perfect location for parade, vendors, and river walks.

Good place. Had everything I need for a 2 month stay. Great location. Going to miss walking the river every night. Jesse is very professional.

Amazing location, quiet, but furniture and kitchen utensils, pots etc need updating.

Jesse's place is basic and simple, but clean and comfortable. The location is great... walkable to downtown and the waterfront. The kitchen is minimally stocked with four of everything so we had to hand wash or run the dishwasher often. Not enough equipment to cook much of anything. It was a good bang for the buck though.

Such an amazing stay! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and Jesse was so kind and responsive. We were walking distance from all of the best restaurants, nightlife, and also from the Riverwalk! We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip. Thank you, Jesse!

Had a wonderful stay here! Jesse was an extremely kind and responsive host, and even saved my trip last minute when another host cancelled! The location is SO close to the cape fear River and downtown with many places within an east walking distance!

This was a perfect stay for exploring downtown Wilmington with our friends. Walkable to pretty much anything downtown, our favorite restaurants and breweries are about a 5 minute walk away! We also had some last minute changes to our plans come up and Jesse was super responsive and understanding in allowing us to move our booked dates to the available following weekend. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment exactly as pictured. Extremely walkable to restaurants and businesses on Front Street in downtown. Right outside the apartment is a charming patio area with adirondak chairs and hammocks that's not pictured but is perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee!

Jesse’s place is conveniently located near downtown Wilmington. The room was clean, and the stay was peaceful. The best part for me was the walkability to all the restaurants and attractions downtown.

Jesse’s place was a good spot if you want something walkable to downtown. We walked every night to bars and restaurants with ease.

It was convenient to Downtown Wilmington. It was also not too far from the Riverwalk. I would stay there again.

It was a nice getaway, perfect little spot to just get away from home and experience the city of wilmington. Will be keeping Jesse in mind for my next vacation!

The perfect little oasis that’s close enough to the city to be walkable but far enough away to be quiet! We loved our stay here and the huge kitchen is a bonus :)

What a fabulous find! When we decided to take a last minute trip to Wilmington, Jesse's place seemed awesome...and it truly was! Walking distance to downtown, quiet building, well appointed space and a responsive host...this place was wonderful! This space is ideal for a couple that wants a quick getaway in a laid back city...I have already recommended Jesse's place to friends and we will definitely stay with Jesse again!

the location is great for downtown wilmington! it's just a few blocks from the river and the Cotten exchange. it felt safe and clean for a couple of middle aged art lovers to visit the city.

Had a great stay-cation here! Loved being in walking distance of local bars, nightlife and downtown shopping. The space was quiet, clean and comfy. It was exactly what we needed! Jesse was responsive, helpful and friendly. We definitely plan to book again the next time we visit.

Perfect location!

I have a few things I wanted to bring up. My girlfriend and I both love to cook and enjoy cooking together when we can. We don’t get many opportunities right now, so the kitchen looked promising and we planned a bunch of meals to cook. We still cooked, but those were the lowest quality pots/ pans I’ve ever used, I could have bent the sauté pan in half and when you put it on the burner it warps. Also the only knife that wasn’t a steak knife was small and dull, and there was no cutting board. As for the bathroom, the sink sprayed water everywhere when I turned it all the way on. The living room was nice until we pulled out the pull out bed from the couch so we could watch a few movies on Saturday, and it had a bunch of little curly hairs on it which really grossed my girlfriend out. We folded that bed back up and just sat on the couch. Also, not sure if the mattress cover that was in the washer was clean or dirty. That aside, the location was perfect and we still had a great trip.

This place was just as pictured, I felt right at home! It was in a really nice location, close to downtown and the river walk area! I definitely recommend staying here! I will be back in the future when I am in town! Thank you!! Thank you for being very responsive as well!
