Cozy 1 Bedroom Downtown Escape in Wilmington

Had a great stay for a weekend in Wilmington. Located downtown accessible to so many great restaurants and fun things to do.

The unit provides an excellent balance between urban living and the coastal charm of Wilmington. Location makes it easy to access Historic Downtown and the surrounding areas. I would recommend this space for anyone looking a cozy, safe and affordable place within walking distance of the restaurants and shops of Downtown Wilmington.

Was very nice stay and clean. Only thing it could of used was a lamp or dimmer switch for family room. Other than that, all good!!!!

Very nice condo apartment that is conveniently located. lots of nice restaurants and beach access all within easy drive. The host gave excellent instructions and was always super responsive. A totally positive experience.

This location was great!! The place was beautiful, clean & very nice. I can’t wait to spend another weekend at this apartment. I felt right at home, it smelled nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Great location in downtown Wilmington, with many restaurants/shops within walking distance. After reviewing the listing again, I feel some aspects were a bit inaccurate. Despite the description saying the bedroom has ample storage space, there was no dresser or anything to put clothes in - there wasn’t even enough room for me to lay my suitcase out on the floor. However, there’s a large closet in the hallway across from the bedroom. In addition, I was led to believe the kitchen is stocked with basics basic ingredients to cook with (flour, sugar, spices, etc.), as the listing states they have “all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals.” This is only true if you consider coffee a meal. I’m aware it isn’t a requirement to have a stocked kitchen, but if you’re going to make that statement, that’s what people are going to expect. Overall, we had a nice stay, I just recommend that the description be adjusted so people aren’t disappointed when things don’t match up.

Overall good stay. Didnt care much for the parking reserved spot. If you have a big car that space might not work due to how compact the parking spot is. Dusty bathroom. Overral good stay. Some instructions were not clear

I found the location to be absolutely perfect! We were extremely close to restaurants and venues! It was a bit difficult to figure out where exactly we were to go but the GPS did take us a different direction than initially planned due to a traffic incident. Definitely would stay here again!

Jesse the Host is a very responsive host and the building was very close to the downtown area . The apartment was very clean , which is a HUGE PLUS ! Parking was a little tricky small ...small spaces but on the street parking is a good option also . All in all an very enjoyable stay !

This is an okay Airbnb. For starters, the directions are kind of vague. There are 2 keypads at the building entrance door,There is garage parking. The key says “spot 6” but the instructions say “spot 12”. The host didn’t provide the code to use the stairs in the garage, so you have to walk all the way around the building (which didn’t feel safe as a single female at night) There was no detergent for the laundry but check out asks that you run it. All the hard surfaces are clean (the floors, the counters, the shower) but the space there were stains galore on the couch. Maybe crusty food. Lots of random hair. Blood on the mattress pad on the pull out couch and stains on the blanket. The air return was covered in dust. Place definitely needed maintenance and a deep clean. I brought it to hosts attention and he said he would take care of it for the next guest, but if you see other reviews, I am not the first to complain about it. I went out and bought my own bedding, I was so grossed out.

This was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed here two nights for our anniversary. We were close enough to walk down town. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Great place to stay if you want to be close to down town Wilmington!

Enjoyed my stay! Tenants in the building were very nice and friendly. The location is close ~driving distance~ to downtown. There are restaurants and bars that have a lovely, classy feel to them. It is also a quick 30 minutes from Carolina beach, which was a beautiful little town.

We had a great stay in Wilmington! Place was exactly as advertised and perfect for a quick trip for our family of 4. Host is very responsive as well. Only issue we had was with parking. Either the cleaning company or previous guest took the parking pass which left us in a big bind. After some back and forth, the host offered up the parking garage spot to remedy the situation which was awesome.

Jesse was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions or concerns. We extended our checkout time pretty last minute and Jesse was more than willing to accommodate us! The place was very clean and the perfect size for 2 people. The apartment overall was very easy to get to and close to all the downtown shops/restaurants.

Jesse’s place was perfect! It is in a safe quiet neighborhood & the place feels like home. The apartment is a great size & has everything you need! The parking can be a little tricky but it’s noted in his description & there is free street parking near by! It is just a few minutes from Downtown Wilmington where you can find various shops, restaurants & nice views! About 20 minutes from the beach with more shops & restaurants! Definitely would recommend Jesse’s place!

Jesse was very kind to offer suggestions for our stay during the Azalea Festival. He made great suggestions and was always reachable. There were even bottles of water and travel soaps and lotions ready for our stay!
