Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a seafood dinner, this kitchen space has you covered.

The dining table and bar seating allows for 6 and it great for enjoying your meals, planning your next excursion, or getting some mid-trip work done.

The living room is quaint and comfy, providing an HD TV, couch for lounging, and arm chair.

☆☆OUTSIDE SPACE☆☆
Immediately to the left of the home and down the path to the back, there is an outdoor shower on the back side of the home to use when you return from the beach! The perfect was to trek less sand in the home during your visit.

☆☆PARKING☆☆
This property provides something that is hard to find in the area- free parking with direct beach access two houses from the sand!

While this is a huge amenity to have, please note that parking in the 1-car garage is tight. We recommend smaller vehicles utilize this space and that all passengers get out of the vehicle before entering to park (this is just easier).

1 additional car can utilize the concrete pad in front of the garage.

This home is on a quiet side street, tucked away from main traffic moving through Carolina Beach. You'll get the peaceful, beachy vacation home with all of the perks of being close to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk!

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is about a 5-minute walk! Here you'll find restaurants, shopping, and the BEST donuts on the East Coast.

Bring your 4-wheel drive vehicle and head in the other direction to drive onto the beach at Freeman Park!

We recommend a vehicle for exploring all that Carolina Beach and nearby Wilmington has to offer!

Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.

Eyob's place exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, ideally situated, and was even better than advertised. We were very happy with our choice of Eyob's place. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. At first glance, one might cite the location--right across the road from the beach--as the best feature of this property, but I would offer that the prompt, friendly, and informative communications with the host would rival the property's location. We highly recommend this property, not only because it's The Room with a View, but because Eyob is a gracious and responsive host.
