Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a seafood dinner, this kitchen space has you covered.

The dining table and bar seating allows for 6 and it great for enjoying your meals, planning your next excursion, or getting some mid-trip work done.

The living room is quaint and comfy, providing an HD TV, couch for lounging, and arm chair.

Immediately to the left of the home and down the path to the back, there is an outdoor shower on the back side of the home to use when you return from the beach! The perfect was to trek less sand in the home during your visit.

☆☆PARKING☆☆
This property provides something that is hard to find in the area- free parking with direct beach access two houses from the sand!

While this is a huge amenity to have, please note that parking in the 1-car garage is tight. We recommend smaller vehicles utilize this space and that all passengers get out of the vehicle before entering to park (this is just easier).

1 additional car can utilize the concrete pad in front of the garage.

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is about a 5-minute walk! Here you'll find restaurants, shopping, and the BEST donuts on the East Coast.

Bring your 4-wheel drive vehicle and head in the other direction to drive onto the beach at Freeman Park!

We recommend a vehicle for exploring all that Carolina Beach and nearby Wilmington has to offer!

Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.

The place is in a great location, but the place isn’t great. Other people had commented on blood stained pillows and hair in the tub. We had that same issue and more. The garage had a horrible smell when we first got there which later turned out to be something rotting with maggots in the rolling cart with the beach chairs. Bath towels in the bathroom were stained and dirty. I washed all sheets/towels to ensure where we were sleeping and staying was sanitary. The kitchen pans and utensils had other people‘s food on them. The host was responsive with my concerns and reimbursed $150 in cleaning fees. I spent a lot of the time washing towels/sheets, just feeling icky. When we went to throw our trash out from our stay, the can was completely full of other people’s trash and smelled disgusting. The house needs some upkeep like exhaust fans that don’t work, flashing lights in the hallway, and the toilet paper dispenser coming off the wall. The location/ease of walking places was good.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was great for us. We traveled with a baby and it was comfortable for that as well (the parents enjoyed that for the baby). I appreciated the kindness of the host as well. Also great job on the kitchen choices - inspire me for a bit of a refresh :). Super close to the beach and boardwalk and safe for morning runs too!

Place was clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your time at the beach. The beach was closer than it looked in pictures with very little crowd. Overall a great location with plenty to do in the area.
