Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and towels are provided. - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with easy access to the second bathroom. - Bathroom 2: Conveniently located near the common area and Bedroom 2. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed in the screened in porch in the back. [Not in air conditioned space] Kitchen & Living The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and more—perfect for preparing meals at home. The adjoining living space is cozy and inviting, leading out to the screened lanai and backyard with peaceful golf course views. Laundry & Community Amenities - A washer and dryer are located in a large closet near the kitchen, and laundry is complimentary during your stay. Charming duplex type home in a peaceful gated community. Julien was very responsive and had treats for us upon arrival. The community is gorgeous, with a golf course and excellent amenities for the whole family! The only thing that caught me by surprise was that one of the beds was located outside of the home within a screened-in porch; which we were unable to utilize. Julien did provide something to cool the area off on the last night, however I still didn't feel comfortable having one of my children outside of the house. I would absolutely stay again should we not need as many beds as stated. Very responsive and thoughtful co-host!
