.The parking pass was missing, and the front desk made getting one a nightmare—I had to beg to avoid my car being towed. The beach access door code didn’t work, leaving me locked out for over 10 minutes with no one around to help. Worst of all, the unit had roaches. I couldn’t relax or feel safe. Communication with the host was slow and unhelpful. The unit’s location near the pool was the only positive, but it doesn’t justify the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, or basic care. These issues—sanitation, security, and poor communication—are serious and far below Airbnb standards. The whole resort is like a run down old prison and needs to be renovated asap. Any place with bugs automatically gets a negative review from me

Its exactly like the photos! This was a very last minute booking for me and I was pleasantly surprised! It had beach chairs and linens and extra bathroom things that may be needed during the stay! I have no complaints! The only thing is if you want to sleep in, the hallway echos and you are by the door to the pool(which was amazing!) but you will be woken up by other guests starting around 7am that are going out to the pool or beach. Nothing the owner can control and nothing that would keep me from booking again! Thank you for accommodating my last minute booking! I had a great stay.
