Condo Steps to Sand! 2BR Ensuites

We has a wonderful stay besides the minor inconveniences with the upstairs neighbor.

Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated condo. Eyob was a great host from beginning to end. Extremely responsive. Any question I had, he answered in minutes. All instructions were very clear, access to the place, beach, and parking were easy, outdoor shower was a plus, and kitchen and bathroom had all essential things.

We enjoyed our stay.

Overall a decent unit. The main critiques I had were: The master bed was extremely soft. The couch was very hard and if two couples were staying, there is not enough living room seating.

In all of my years of renting AirBnB’s, I can’t recall staying in a better location than this one! Literally across-the-street, then steps away, from the beach! Amenities close-by, restaurants within walking or short-driving distance, and a large Publix Supermarket nearby. Of course, it is near the water, so be on the lookout for mold. You also have to walk-up four flights of stairs, so be aware if you have issues with that. And, because of shared walls/floors/ceilings, your night’s sleep is at the mercy of your neighbors (I don’t know if the person below is was a temporary or permanent resident, but I had to go downstairs EVERY night to bang on the door to get him/her to turn their damned TV down; he/she never came to the door). But our host prepped a lovely place, and I would absolutely book it again for the fantastic location, alone!

Great place , house in front is shorter so you have an ocean view from the porch , walking distance from great restaurants and it was very clean !

The check in time is too late

When we arrived to this place, it was beyond dirty. Beds were undone, laundry in the washers which don’t even drain the water properly, used towels on the bathroom floors, hair on toilet, trash not thrown out. had to wait for them to send in a cleaner which she didn’t even wash the bedding or switch them out to new blankets. sink faucets have mold. definitely not worth what we paid.

Loved the location with beach access across the road and was able to walk to boardwalk. Clean and everything as described in the photos.

Stay was great! Inside needs a lot of updating with paint. Clocks in the bedroom w/ chargers!

Eyob's condo was in an ideal spot! Beach access was across the street and while the boardwalk was walking distance, it was far enough away to avoid the crowds.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and we felt very welcome. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing place!! Soooo close to the beach!!! Love love love Walked there daily and walked to the boardwalk too - amazing restaurants including a taco spot, sushi and fried fish!

I couldn't have asked for a better location, I was a 10 minute walk or less to everything I wanted to do. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. loved my stay!

We spent a long weekend here and it was great!! Had everything we could have asked for and beach access was incredibly close. The place was clean, everything was in working conditions, and had all the amenities necessary. We look forward to staying again soon!

The unit was clean, comfortable and the perfect location for a quick trip. We so appreciated the full stocked unit with quality linens and paper products. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host great space exactly like the pictures beach was only a 1 minute walk from the apartment host communicated quickly very clean and neat great area not a lot of seafood spots like I hoped but out the whole trip had an amazing time very private quiet at night just how we like it felt right at home will book again 5 star stay 🥰🙏🏾🤗 beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud outside view of the beach amazing stay and host thank you for a great birthday trip with me and my family

Perfect location. Ocean access across the street and easy walk to Boardwalk .

Great location and value. The only things I would suggest are some minor upgrades to things like the external vent covers and shower heads, which are rusty and a little grimy. The stove burners were uneven and made it difficult to balance pans while cooking. The microwave has several buttons that just don’t work, and the washer is a bit wonky and doesn’t spin out the water from clothes unless you do it separately after the wash. The closets had a far bit of clutter inside, too. There also appeared to be an old leak under the sink that was being temporarily caught by a pitcher. The view is obscured by heavy power lines but the location is great for walking to the boardwalk or crossing the street to the beach. During our time there, the WiFi didn’t work much and the host was quick to respond and extend his apologies. Communication was great, clear, and prompt. Overall this was a good value for the price and location.

Wonderfull place to stay. Host sent super detailed instructions, communication was wonderful. Walkable distance to beach, couple min. We had only one major issue - couldn stay longer :). Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and had such a short walk to the beach. The main bedroom door was extremely hard to close to the point we had to slam it every time. The fire alarm’s battery also kept going off but as soon as I messaged the owner they helped as soon as possible! Over all this place was absolutely worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Location was just as described and just steps from the beach. There was an issue with cleanliness, but the host took care of it right away. Parking was as described, but keep in mind if you have a wide vehicle, the area is kind of tight. We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

Beautiful place right next to a beach access. Neighbors are wonderful. Inside was exactly what was pictured and the view from the balcony is stunning. Parking for 2 cars which is perfect for a vacation.

10/10 place to stay! My 2 girl friends and I stayed for a long weekend. We could walk to both the pier and to the boardwalk, felt safe at all hours, and there was plenty to do around! Beach access is right across the street. Inside the home was roomy and we felt right at home, having everything we need! We are already planning our return!

The place is conveniently located near the beach, and the host was fairly responsive. However, we experienced some concerns during our stay, including cleanliness issues and no working AC upon arrival. The host was aware and did attempt to resolve the AC issue.

Condo was truly steps to the beach! Just as quick as ocean front. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Eyob and Beth were extremely responsive and very nice to deal with. We had 1 building issue, nothing at all to do with our condo, but yet they stepped in and were very proactive in resolving it. Great people and highly recommend renting from them.

I’m from Carolina Beach. I have my parents who live in town and I live in Charlotte, NC. I brought a friend with me for the weekend. It was an amazing weekend emotionally and physically because that is where I grew up. It was nice to reconnect the memories I had as a child growing up on the island. The host was always responsive when I had things to say. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy what I once loved before Carolina Beach went to touristy.
