Great location and value. The only things I would suggest are some minor upgrades to things like the external vent covers and shower heads, which are rusty and a little grimy. The stove burners were uneven and made it difficult to balance pans while cooking. The microwave has several buttons that just don’t work, and the washer is a bit wonky and doesn’t spin out the water from clothes unless you do it separately after the wash. The closets had a far bit of clutter inside, too. There also appeared to be an old leak under the sink that was being temporarily caught by a pitcher. The view is obscured by heavy power lines but the location is great for walking to the boardwalk or crossing the street to the beach. During our time there, the WiFi didn’t work much and the host was quick to respond and extend his apologies. Communication was great, clear, and prompt. Overall this was a good value for the price and location.

We only were there for about 12 hours, but very comfy beds and perfect access to the beach!

Great location-quick walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to the boardwalk. Place was clean and communication was fast and easy.

Wonderfull place to stay. Host sent super detailed instructions, communication was wonderful. Walkable distance to beach, couple min. We had only one major issue - couldn stay longer :). Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and had such a short walk to the beach. The main bedroom door was extremely hard to close to the point we had to slam it every time. The fire alarm’s battery also kept going off but as soon as I messaged the owner they helped as soon as possible! Over all this place was absolutely worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Location was just as described and just steps from the beach. There was an issue with cleanliness, but the host took care of it right away. Parking was as described, but keep in mind if you have a wide vehicle, the area is kind of tight. We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

Beautiful place right next to a beach access. Neighbors are wonderful. Inside was exactly what was pictured and the view from the balcony is stunning. Parking for 2 cars which is perfect for a vacation.

We were so close to the beach and the accommodations were fabulous. I would definitely recommend renting this home!

10/10 place to stay! My 2 girl friends and I stayed for a long weekend. We could walk to both the pier and to the boardwalk, felt safe at all hours, and there was plenty to do around! Beach access is right across the street. Inside the home was roomy and we felt right at home, having everything we need! We are already planning our return!

The place is conveniently located near the beach, and the host was fairly responsive. However, we experienced some concerns during our stay, including cleanliness issues and no working AC upon arrival. The host was aware and did attempt to resolve the AC issue.

Condo was truly steps to the beach! Just as quick as ocean front. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Eyob and Beth were extremely responsive and very nice to deal with. We had 1 building issue, nothing at all to do with our condo, but yet they stepped in and were very proactive in resolving it. Great people and highly recommend renting from them.

Clean and cute place. Within walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. Beach access directly across the street. Perfect for us.

I’m from Carolina Beach. I have my parents who live in town and I live in Charlotte, NC. I brought a friend with me for the weekend. It was an amazing weekend emotionally and physically because that is where I grew up. It was nice to reconnect the memories I had as a child growing up on the island. The host was always responsive when I had things to say. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy what I once loved before Carolina Beach went to touristy.
