Parking is under the property in the carport labeled with the Unit number. There is a maximum of 2 cars allowed for the parking area.

Guests can utilize metered spaces or paid lots provided by the Town of Carolina Beach for overflow parking.

This condo is in a singular building with a total of 6 units. The other residents are long-term owners who care highly about their space, each other, and the care of the property. Please be mindful of this during your stay!

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is about a 5-minute walk! Here you'll find restaurants, shopping, and the BEST donuts on the East Coast.

Bring your 4-wheel drive vehicle and head in the other direction to drive onto the beach at Freeman Park!

We recommend a vehicle for exploring all that Carolina Beach and nearby Wilmington has to offer!

The condo building is occupied primarily by long-term owners. Please be mindful of noise level and respectful to all community members residing in the building.

Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.

Beautiful place right next to a beach access. Neighbors are wonderful. Inside was exactly what was pictured and the view from the balcony is stunning. Parking for 2 cars which is perfect for a vacation.

10/10 place to stay! My 2 girl friends and I stayed for a long weekend. We could walk to both the pier and to the boardwalk, felt safe at all hours, and there was plenty to do around! Beach access is right across the street. Inside the home was roomy and we felt right at home, having everything we need! We are already planning our return!

The place is conveniently located near the beach, and the host was fairly responsive. However, we experienced some concerns during our stay, including cleanliness issues and no working AC upon arrival. The host was aware and did attempt to resolve the AC issue.
