Coastal Charm Getaway

We were impressed by the overall home. Everything was as expected. From easy check-in, to a clean house, everything was ready once we unlocked the door to our home away from home.

Great place to stay had an amazing time with the family can’t wait to stay here again some day.

The communication was fantastic, the location was a five minute walk to the beach, nice peaceful neighborhood, clean home, about a fifteen minute drive to Old Town. I would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay and it was animal friendly.

Last minute booking was easy & we were able to see our friends & St. Augustine sights the next day. The condo was clean and in a good location.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute home! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The place felt cozy and welcoming, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being so close to the beach was a huge bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Please note that the ice maker on the fridge does not work. The bedrooms are upstairs so if you are elderly, handicapped or have a hard time climbing stairs, this place may not be for you. Walking to the beach was so convenient and the beach was very private and quiet! Loved the location which is about 15 to 20 minutes from St. Augustine so seeing the sites was perfect for us!!

This place was amazing! I stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it had everything we needed and more. It was a short distance to downtown St. Aug and it was like a 5 minute walk to the most gorgeous beach. We had so much fun here, it was the perfect amount of space for 5 girls and it was super cozy, clean, and well decorated. It felt like a home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay at Blair's place as it was a great location, easy to walk to the beach, comfortable living space. The beach was the highlight as its private, extremely clean and gorgeous. Loved that Blair provided beach chairs and wagon.

The bedrooms were pleasant and cozy, the living room offered a nice space to relax, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The small backyard was a lovely surprise - such a peaceful spot to enjoy the hammock and spend quiet moments outdoors. Another highlight was the location: the ocean is only a 5-minute walk away, which made our time by the water truly magical. This place has a very special, calm energy and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to return. The inside of the house is very comfortable, organized, is updated with the appliances and have enough space.

Place was as described and very clean. Blair was great with communication. Great location for a beach trip— easy walk to the least crowded beach I’ve been to in a long time and close to the intercoastal waterway as well.

Great place, kitchen fully equipped. All beach essentials are available in the house, great quality beach chairs. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Comfortable bed.

Stayed for the weekend with some friends and it was amazing! Blair was extremely helpful and always responsive. The space was gorgeous and just a short walk from the beach. Everything was clean and organized and matched the photos and description. Would definitely stay again!

Blair was an amazing host and the house was perfect. Super clean, great location as the beach is about a minute walk away just across the street from the beach! About a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Amazing place and would stay there again!

We stayed at Blair's place during spring break and had an amazing time. We brought our dog with us and she really enjoyed the spacious home. Although the backyard is not fenced, we were able to take her on walks around the neighborhood. The beach is very close by, you only need to cross highway A1A, which made it easy for us to watch the sunrise or see the stars at night. The home is clean, organized, and very nicely decorated. There is also an amazing Italian restaurant a couple minute walk away, Viola's, that we tried and highly recommend. Overall, great location as it's close to the beach and it's about 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine. The home had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

GREAT location, plenty of parking, and very clean - we felt right at home! VERY SHORT walk to the beach (only about a minute) with a really nice public access walkway right across the street. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Met our needs overall. Very cute place! St Augustine is beautiful! We visited with my 14 year old son and my mother. 4 of us, total. Blair did reach out to ask if there was anything we needed, so kudos to her! :) They definitely had enough beach supplies too - more than listed! :) Overall, I would recommend this place.

Our time in St Augustine was soooo much more enjoyable because of this Airbnb! Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean, cozy, and matched the description exactly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in! Our favorite part was the location - only a 1 minute drive from Crescent Beach. It wasn’t too far from downtown St Augustine - only about 15-20 mins. We made the drive everyday and it was very enjoyable. Great value for the price that we paid! I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again if we ever return to St Augustine. Thank you Blair for a wonderful stay 😊

Blair’s place was cozy and beautiful. The house is close to the beach with a nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and it had all the amenities that a house needs. The bed was very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. We had an issue with the wi-fi and Blair was proactive and took care of it right away. Overall, we had a great time and experience at her place. We will definitely come back and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Cute townhouse in a lovely area! Place smelled nice when we walked in. Very clean and we had no issues. Walkable to the beach and not too far from the lovely downtown area. Host was very nice and accommodating.

We spent a long weekend while attending a wedding and were really satisfied with this place. It matched the description and the value is fantastic. Blair, the host, was very responsive and proactive. The location is great, although we couldn't enjoy the nearby beaches and really nice patio due to unseasonable cold weather. This was our first time in St. Augustine and want to be back to continue exploring it. We'll definitely want to book this place again. Amazing place with lots of details that make you feel premium while at home

This condo feels very private and is quiet. Both of which I love. You park right in front of the home and easily enter with a keypad. On the first floor is the living/dining and kitchen with a half bath. Up a flight of stairs are two bedrooms with king beds and a full bath. The space was great and we had what we needed. I would recommend for two couples or parents with an older child (or two). A note for allergy sufferers such as myself: this is not a scent free home. There are scented plug-ins and the beds are very clearly sprayed with a fragrance spray - either that or a strong laundry detergent. Just an FYI! The only tip I would give to the hosts is that it would be lovely to have a board game or two in the TV cabinet! It ended up raining a lot during our trip and our daughter was checking the house for games when we retreated indoors. Pretty home, and what you see in photos is what you get. Thanks for hosting us.

Came to this little gem of a place to check out the Night of Lights with hubby & kiddos. Honestly it was perfect! Things I really appreciated and loved that some people just don’t think about.. the power strips by the bed and next to the couch for plugging multiple things in at once. Spices for cooking!!! that was major for me, haven’t seen that at an Airbnb before so that was a big bonus. Beds were super comfy (our 2 small kids shared one king bed) we had the other one and they slept so easily. We also love sleeping with fans on at night. They had 4 box fans in the other closet so that was another bonus. They thought of ALL the things. Beach was literally a 3 minute walk! The toys were perfect for the kids & we used the wagon & chairs provided. We couldn’t have had a better time, the place was super clean and smelled like heaven :) — Only ONE thing. I couldn’t figure out the tub stopper to give kiddos a tub so we just did a shower for them & it was totally fine! 10/10 recommend!!!!

This coastal charm is indeed just that! Just minutes from the beach. 15 to 20 minutes, max to downtown Saint Augustine. Private and peaceful. Spotless in terms of cleanliness! Exactly as described. We will be back!

This place was not bad but it could have been better. The toaster was dirty inside so we didn’t get to use it. The keurig coffee machine didn’t work. One of the outlets was completely hanging off the wall. I was worried about my kids seeing it but they didn’t take notice but definitely is a hazard.

My brother and I rented this space for a brother trip close to the beach. The house was immaculate and looked just like the photos portrayed. Whenever we attempted to reach out to Blair, we received a response in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back at some point, thank you again!

Easy walk to the beach. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.

We had a really nice time. The condo was quite comfortable and better equipped than most of the Airbnbs we've stayed at, and our hosts were very accommodating. It's a fairly short walk to a very nice beach, though having to cross AIA without a stoplight or crosswalk can be challenging. An alternative is to drive a half mile to the regular Crescent Beach parking, but you'll have a lot more company.

We loved staying at Blair’s Airbnb her and Cali where both very responsive and sweet when we ran into issues with the front door they got it fixed fast and easy! It was clean and is in a peaceful neighbourhood! We would definitely stay again!
