Central Townhome 6 Min to Beach & Shopping!

It was really nice , clean , and close to a lot of things . Definitely enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and everything worked well. It’s a newer home in a good location, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The host was responsive and courteous throughout our stay. We loved how close it was to both the beach and downtown, and it’s just a 3-minute drive to beautiful Airlie Gardens with waterfront views and gardenias in bloom. Would happily stay here again.

Beware. This unit is poorly maintained. The cabinets in the kitchen and baths are peeling and damaged. Toilet seats are old, chipped and look dirty, the shower curtains have noticeable mold stains, kitchen exhaust fan looks like it has never been cleaned or replaced. Appliances, cookware and utensils are all overused. The location is good—close to a lot of Wilmington’s main attractions. Neighbors are quiet.

This was the perfect location for visiting my daughter who is a student at UNCW. Close to campus, shopping, dining, and there was plenty of room for my group of 4. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Courtnay’s place! It was the perfect size for a few adults. Enough couch room & chairs. Smart tv set up was easy! Every room was spotless upon arrival. Location is 5 mins to shopping/convenience stores and everything Wrightsville beach has to offer. I felt safe in the complex & surrounding neighborhoods. Thank you Courtnay for a wonderful stay!

Overall we really enjoyed the place. the amenities matched the description. The house is a bit older but well taken care of. In the bathroom on the main level, the toilet had no water pressure and so it wouldn't flush so instead of staying on the main floor room we had to move to the upstairs room. However the master upstairs faced the main Street which was quite noisy throughout the night. one unique thing about the rental is that every bedroom had its own bathroom.

Courtnay’s place was absolutely fantastic. Very homey and comfortable. Beds were phenomenal, and the place was squeaky clean. Would 100% stay again.

We had a nice stay. The thing that made me the happiest was that all the soap, detergents, and paper products were all there. The location is fabulous because it’s close to everything we wanted to do. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to all the local attractions, making it really easy to get around.

My group and I had an amazing time staying at Courtnay’s listing. She was very good at replying to any questions or requests we had. You are also in a great location with the beach and historical district being a reasonable distance away.

The place was clean, check in was easy, it was near plenty of food places. The only issue we had was spiders. We ended up having to kill a few spiders, other than that the place was A1.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We found the home to be very clean and well equipped. The host was quick to politely respond to any questions or concerns that we had. I thought the price to be the best value in the area. This is an easy home run stay.

Host's place was clean and convenient, especially due to the accuracy of the information shared. Be of no concern, the time she posted from her location to Wrightsville Beach is Google accurate (driving distance). Ms Courtnay clearly demonstrated that her intent is as posted, for you and your family/ group to have a good time. She demonstrated this by having many of the amenities you use at home, and even some you may not, like beach bath towels and coolers for you to use. She totally anticipates the needs of her guests, wonderful job. The location feels like you're minutes from restaurants and stores you may be familiar with but also some exclusive to the area places. Hey 2 thumbs, 5 stars, you will not regret the choice. Even if you're super picky, go and i bet you'll be inspired. Perhaps instead of thinking about how it could be exactly suitable for you, you will purchase a space and anticipate the needs and wants of your guests. Well done Courtnay.

We absolutely loved Courtnay's home and would highly recommend other guests to stay here! She was friendly, informative, and gave concise clear instructions on how to enter her home. The location was perfect to access Wrightsville Beach and close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. We'll definitely stay here again with future visits!!

My friends and I were looking for a quick one night getaway to the beach. Although staying for one night, we of course wanted to be relaxed and comfortable. Courtnay's place did not disappoint! We walked in and immediately fell in love with the space. Three well-appointed bedrooms all with extra pillows if needed, clean linens, ensuite bathrooms in both upstairs bedrooms and an almost ensuite in the third, entry-level bedroom thanks to some creative construction :). the kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed for a great night in. The beach was about a 6 minute drive away and even with the overcast weather we had, it was an amazing experience to go swimming in the beautiful ocean! We ordered in but also had a meal out at a close-by restaurant, and enjoyed the available options. Everything was close and easy! This was a great place and a lovely stay. Thank you, Courtnay!

My family stayed a couple of nights in Wilmington! Courtnay was a great host & her place was a sweet spot for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Courtnay was very helpful in accommodating us and responding very quickly to our questions & requests. Her home was perfect for us with a lot of room for 4 adults. A few minutes from the beach made it all the more sweeter.

Great place with everything close and lots to do.

This home was an ideal place of stay. though I only spent about 10 hours (1am to 11am) in the home, I felt very comfortable and safe. The house is very clean, I mean it. Well arranged and everything in order. The house smelled good and not stuffy as most homes. the entire family wished we had stayed longer. Will recommend this place. Courtenay is responsive and polite. Easy house rules.

Beds were super comfortable - nice sheets and bath towels. Kitchen well equipped, even though we did not utilize it. Love that there was plenty of space and free of clutter.

Perfect spot!

Courtnay’s place was great! We felt right at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The place is lovely! There is so much room, a washer and dryer, rooms suitable for adults and children, a nice kitchen area and a cozy living room. I love how she provided a pack n’ play for babies as well. We enjoyed our stay, and Courtnay was very responsive throughout the entire tip and very helpful at any given time. We had a tiny issue with bugs due to the weather that weekend. Courtnay resolved the problem right away and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. I would highly recommend Courtnay’s place to anyone any day! Courtney’s house was excellent! Very close to the beach and close to great places to eat. Parking was very easy, and the house had everything we needed for a long weekend. We’ll be back!

The location was great for our trip to Wrightsville and Carolina Beach. We also enjoyed going to Airlie Gardens which is right down the street. My daughter and I had a great time.
