Quiet Home w/King Bed Near Golf Course and Beach

Great place to stay! Close by to a lot of restaurants, bars, beach, etc. Very cozy inside and spacious - highly recommend for large groups of people.

This was a larger space than we expected. Very clean. Lots of room in driveway. Easy access to all that we wanted to do. We visited UNCW, downtown Wilmington. Wrightsville and Carolina beaches.

Luke’s home was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and our time visiting the area. The home was very well cleaned. Would recommend staying here!

Our stay was great! The house was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed gathering outside in the patio. The Dollar General was conveniently close by to buy last minute things.

Luke’s beautiful, cozy home is the most PERFECT place to stay. The entire house is so comfortable and roomy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are awesome and the kitchen is breathtaking. The outside, covered porch is a fantastic way to end your day or having coffee in the morning. The house is close to so many restaurants, beaches and things to do especially in Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next stay. I wish there were more than 5 stars for a review. This home is absolutely PERFECT!!!

Enjoyed staying at Luke’s place! He was kind & very responsive! One thing to note, we couldn’t find any beach towels to use that were included in the amenities listed. Beds & furniture were comfortable, and the area was very spacious. Would visit again!

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Located right behind the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course (less than 5 mins away). The house itself is comfortable and super clean! Perfect for a golf trip or anything else you plan to do in Wilmington as the location is also great!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood close to anywhere you want to go in Wilmington. Everything was as described and the host was responsive to questions and kind. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all we needed, living seating is comfortable and dining table is also a great size to play games! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Luke was a great host. The house was very clean and made us feel at home. House comes stock with everything you need from entertainment to laundry. Luke is extremely polite and responsive. We were close to the beach, food, grocery stores, night life but also felt tucked away enough to provide peace away from crowd. Would absolutely stay there again.

This home was perfect for us! The location was in a quiet area, but only 15 minutes from anywhere you wanted to go- beach, riverwalk, shopping. Our favorite part of the home was the kitchen. It was well stocked for all your cooking needs, and it was large enough that our family of 7 never felt crowded. If you're wanting to visit Wilmington and experience more than just the beach, this is the place for you!

Luke's place was as described. My group of friends and I had a great time. It is 20-25 minutes from Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach and the River Walk. Luke was accommodating and also very responsive to communication. I would definitely consider staying at this place again.

Well maintained and comfortable home to relax and connect with friends, family and yourself. Large kitchen, private patio, very handy storage area in the laundry room. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to area’s activities. Kitchenware was found to be well stocked for cooking meals, bathrooms are well stocked with the basics. Communication with Luke was prompt and very clear. We found everything functioning. The house feels spacious and is decorated with peaceful, positive vibes.

Luke’s place was great! The rooms were good sized and having two bathrooms was a plus! Inside, the house was nice and clean and we loved the bed and linens! The only thing we would recommend was a fire pit for s’mores and small bonfires! During our stay, the dryer stopped working and Luke got someone out asap to fix it for us. Great place! Great stay!
