Almost Heaven- 3BR w/ King Bed+Golf Cart+Pool+BBQ

We had a great stay at Andrea’s place for Spring Break! The kids loved the golf cart and all the beach toys! The place was very well-stocked which was much appreciated especially with kids! Beautiful views and peaceful location! Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay in such a crisp clean villa on a peaceful street. The pool was a fun activity for the kids in between beach hopping and the golf cart made transitions to and from the beach so easy. The area is perfect for biking and jogging and sunsets were breathtaking. Thank you and we hope to be back!

Great place to stay. We had a blast

I picked this home because it was private and quite close to the beach and I knew you would feel safe. The amenities that were provided for our beach days were superb.. The host was very quick to respond to any issues that I had. Super clean and beautiful location. The layout of the house was perfect.

I highly recommend this home to families. It was very clean. I really love everything about this Home. We had more room than we expected. The area was very quiet and peaceful. I will most definitely book this home again.

Amazing Airbnb! Great place to stay!

Andrea’s place was amazing for a last minute beach getaway for my family. The host was very responsive and let us check in a couple of hours early. The house has one of the most well stocked kitchens of any AirBNB I’ve stayed in, plus a great view of Oyster lake and a peek of the gulf as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great stay, would definitely come back. Hosts were always helpful and went the extra mile to make out stay great. Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. Location is so convenient to everything in the 30a area and also for a trip over to Destin. But if you just want to stay in Santa Rosa, that area is wonderful as well. All around a wonderful vacation and the stay was a big part of that loved. The floor plan is great for families.

My husband and I spent at week at almost heaven! And it was heavenly. We loved how close it was to the beach, great neighborhood and loved the golf cart, and close to restaurants and shopping. The home is in a private safe neighborhood with 4 full baths (3 attached to bedrooms). The downstairs where you enter has one bedroom with 2 queen/full beds and laundry, and bath with walk in shower, & laundry.. If you have someone that cant do stairs the room on main level is huge with TV and they could stay on that level. There is also a garage with barbecue, golf cart, and beach gear. The second floor has 2 couch beds, full bath, kitchen, dinning and large patio/deck. The third floor has two large master suites with king size beds and ensuite baths. And a large deck off south facing room. It is so relaxing, felt right at home. Andrea was friendly and helpful, she really went the extra mile to make our anniversary special. Just as described- highly recommend.

We had such a great time and made so many wonderful memories during our stay. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The pool was great, the beach was beautiful and just a quick and easy golf cart ride away, and having beach chairs, tent, cooler, lots of toys for the little ones included was such a bonus. Every detail felt thoughtful and convenient. We would definitely come back again! Thank you Andrea for everything, we loved it!

I would stay here again. We loved the area, the beach is beautiful, the home is convenient and clean, with a golf cart included. There are wonderful restaurants very close. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was great and readily available and responsive.

Andrea’s place was wonderful! It was very clean and exactly like the photos. We were very pleased with the response time and kindness from Andrea. I would 100% stay here again! Cute little house in a very nice area. There are lots of things to do and places to eat. :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check in was easy and the house was very clean upon arrival. The house is pretty close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was a nice addition and got us to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The host was super attentive and responsive to any questions we had. Overall an amazing stay!

Fantastic stay! This cozy and spacious home is perfectly located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, tucked inside a quiet, private community right at the start of scenic CR 30A. Beach access is just a short walk away—and even easier with the golf cart included! We loved being so close to great restaurants and well-known bars. The host was outstanding—responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

This place couldn't be much more perfect. The place itself was very nice and clean. Close to the beach. The included golf cart was a really nice touch, there's a beach access with golf cart only parking just down the road. There is everything you could ever ask for in the garage, lots of chairs, beach umbrellas, fishing poles, I think there was even a cooler in there. You could basically just bring your clothes and everything else is provided. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. We loved that there were two king size beds, very spacious, very comfortable, and it was a perfect location for us in Santa Rosa Beach. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

We came to a friends wedding. The reception was a couple of blocks over from this home. So it irked out perfect.

Such a nice stay here! Had everything you might need in the kitchen, fun games to play, and lots of beach essentials if you forgot anything!! The golf cart was very nice to transport large items. Very spacious condo, I would recommend to all to stay here!

This townhouse was nothing short of immaculate! I'm so glad I chose this Airbnb over getting a hotel. It accommodated me and my 3 teenage boys. Plenty of space to have alone time, but quaint enough to come together as a family. The amenities (lake view, pool access, golf cart use) put this stay over the top. Only issue I had was that my access code didn't work on the door. Luke was professional and had it resolved immediately. Highly recommend!
