5BR Group Friendly Home w/ Pool & Fire Pit

Overall, this place was comfortable and had a great location. Blair was a great host and very responsive. The interior has been thoughtfully updated and the beds were comfortable. We did feel that the pool and exterior were outdated and had not been cleaned; we felt that it was different than the pictures. But the overall house and experience was positive.

Our experience was excellent. The property is very comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay. We especially want to highlight the communication with the host—she was always very kind, attentive, and responded very quickly to every message, which made everything much easier. Overall, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this place.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a girls trip! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Blake was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. The location was also great and made it easy for us to enjoy our time. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is not properly unkept and had roaches and bugs everywhere definitely needs a good cleaning and upkeep

This house was absolutely perfect for my fiancées bachelor trip! There was plenty of room for a large group and the outdoor space was perfect for them to watch the Super Bowl! We would definitely stay again even for a family vacation

The house was spacious and very clean, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great, an easy walk to the beach. The layout was a bit unusual, as the most convenient access to the backyard was through bedrooms on either the upstairs or downstairs levels. For a home that sleeps up to 14 people, the kitchen was somewhat under-equipped; the pots and pans were limited and quite small, making it difficult to cook a large meal, and the amount of silverware was also on the lower side. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay, and Blair was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with.

Stay was wonderful. The host was super responsive and was able to accommodate our large family. The location was walking distance from the beach which was great for us!

Good solid option. Always are things to improve. Was not gas on the bbq but yes gas on the fire pit. Most of the glass were plastic and for the previous reviews and cost of the property we expects little more quality. Overall like I said, good solid choice.

Perfect house for my two children, their spouses and my 5 grandchildren. The pool and hot tub were a hit! There were plenty of pool and beach toys and activities for the children at the house. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

The house was perfect for our bachelorette trip weekend - the house felt bigger than the pictures so the living room areas worked perfectly for a big group and we had enough beds for all 12 of us. Blair was very responsive when we wanted to heat the pool and just to any other inquiries. The house had ample plateware and towels to get us through the weekend. Would recommend!

This home is everything it said it was. Very clean, comfortable, well decorated, and fun! The pool and the hot tub was why we booked it for our group, and we were all very pleased with the whole scene! Comfortable beds. Good communication. Will be recommending this spot for friends.

All in all Blaire’s place was great! Plenty of space and amazing amenities. We cooked a couple of meals at the house, and the kitchen was spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you may need (pans, dish ware, pots, oil, salt and pepper and other basics) The beds and sheets were also extremely comfortable! Everyone in our group couldn’t stop talking about it. The pool was very clean, and we definitely took advantage of the great outdoor space. The location is close to the beach, and an easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. Blaire was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. Will definitely book again if we have a larger group heading back to St. Augustine!

Blair’s place was perfect for our book club girls trip! Plenty of common areas and enough bedroom and private space for people to have their own zone. We loved the house! The sheets in the master suite were THE SOFTEST I’ve ever slept on! Be wary of a soft spot on the upper deck near the top of the spiral staircase, otherwise perfect!

The home itself was very clean and exactly as the photos and description described. Blair did a great job of communicating prior to arrival and expectations. We had a few unforeseen circumstances with the house involving their septic system. There was delay in getting these issues fixed which was frustrating. The management team (Kolk Homes) was where the issue was with communication and maintenance. Sending septic assistance promptly would have solved many of our problems, with the delay we were left with further issues. The home itself was clean and plenty of space for the girls trip.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 12 people and we all fit just fine. The kids loved the pool and the down stairs game area. Easy walk to the beach and in a nice area. No reason not to book a stay!

Nice home! My only concern was having small children and the wood steps/stairs but there was a baby gate in the home to use which was awesome!

Great location for Ocean access a short distance away. Excellent staycation as well with a swimming pool and two living room areas. Lots of space. Very accommodating!

We had a great 3-night stay in St. Augustine at Blair’s property! We arrived at night and had no trouble getting in and settled. The house is spacious with 2 living areas and lots of sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom is huge and has a balcony that overlooks the pool. Only thing to note for guests is to request the pool heater turned on so you can swim right away in the Spring when temperatures are back and forth. We enjoyed our stay very much and Blair was very attentive to our needs!

Stayed here with a few of my coworkers for a Daytona bike week. Perfect location. Close to Saint Augustine downtown area and also not too far away from the Daytona area. Beautiful house, plenty of room, and great neighborhood. It was close to many restaurants. The host messaged every day checking in on us. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family of eleven had an amazing time at Blair’s home. There was so much room with 2 levels, 3 bathrooms and the backyard was our go to place. The pool and hot tub was the highlight of our trip. So private and roomy, we spent most of our time there. This location is perfect with Crescent Beach a few minutes drive away, St Augustine was so much fun to walk around and we went to a couple of free kids parks which our grandchildren enjoyed. Blair was an excellent host and checked in with us often. If you are wanting a quiet, scenic getaway, book with Blair. You will not be disappointed. Larry

We had a wonderful stay! My family of 12 (including 5 children) enjoyed every moment of our stay. Blair and Cali were responsive, and in all of their interactions they were kind and generous. The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. There is ample space for a big group, but the house also has a warm, cozy feel for smaller groups too. There are tons of items to use for a beach day. The pool was great for the kids and adults. I definitely plan to book again!!

Blair and Cali were exceptional hosts. The house is very cute and our family of 13 enjoyed the pool and walked to the beach every day, it’s 0.5 mile walk each way that even the three year old didn’t complain about! The local beach access is perfect and they provide a beach cart and tons of beach toys and activities to enjoy. Thank you for hosting our summer family vacation

We had a great time at this house. Everyone loved having the private pool and hot tub. We also spent a lot of time in the basement playing darts and Pac-Man!! Thanks for a great week in a beautiful home!!

The beds were comfy and the space was as advertised. We enjoyed the common area which gave plenty of space to play board games and reconnect with our family. It was nice having a high chair for our little one. The hosts were very communicative and addressed issues that popped up.

The home is welcoming and attractively furnished with good size kitchen, multiple areas available for eating, hanging out, and having fun. The windows allow plenty of light and are fashionably dressed to be able to cut sun when needed and allow for privacy when wanted. The three bathrooms were very clean and allow for showers or tubs if you have little ones that need bathing. The pool and Jacuzzi are a nice size. The glow of the blue lights illuminating the pool at night provided a tranquil feeling. The upper and lower covered deck areas gave great places to enjoy being outside to lounge, grill or eat out of the sun and be protected from non blowing rain. The lighted fans provided air flow if there was not enough breeze. We ate lunch at the good size table on the upper deck except when we went into St Augustine, just 30 minutes away, for the day and early evening. We did not use the fire pit area. We did have one problem occur that the host responded to immediately.

Plenty of room for our family and lots of fun things for the kids. We really enjoyed the pool.

The pool was our favorite amenity! The house was spotless and check in was prompt and easy.

I stayed with 10 high school friends to celebrate turning 65. The house was perfect for our large group. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and walking to the beach. Other than walking to the beach, we didn't really explore the immediate area so I can't comment on restaurants or stores nearby. We did Uber into the "cute" area of Saint Augustine and took a trolley ride, shopped and ate at a few restaurants. It was about 15-20 minutes away by car. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions both before and during our stay. One of the women forgot her Kindle and the host was gracious enough to send it back to me. The only thing I thought was missing was a dish towel to dry the dishes. There was a dishwasher but sometimes you want to wash and dry manually. I would go back again!

Place was great. Well stocked with all the necessary amenities. Pool heater was worth it as it would have been too cold to swim. Always responsive with communication. Would definitely recommend.
