Palmetto Dunes is considered "the heart and soul" of Hilton Head Island. From the large deck of our property you have views of live oaks with spanish moss framing the award winning Robert Trent Jones golf course.
The accent mural gives an island vibe and is different depending on the shade and lighting!
Walk off the back deck and you're about five short minutes to the beach! This pristine beach is three miles of wide, sandy expanse and is ideal for relaxing, bike riding, strolling, surfing, swimming, boogie boarding or collecting shells.
Robert Trent Jones is the top rated golf course in South Carolina. It's located right on the Atlantic Ocean and has panoramic views from the 10th hole. Surely, a memorable experience!
From our deck you're mere steps to the pool, 24 dedicated pickleball courts, 17 clay tennis courts and kayaking and bike rentals!
Our dining room, seats six comfortably...you can squeeze in more!
Enjoy the large 55 in 4k, LED HD TV and sound bar with both cable and Roku options. You're bound to find the right game or movie!
The family room is stylish and comfortable with plenty of seating. The LED lights dim for setting the right mood and you have access to both local cable and a roku platform.
We have a propane fire pit for your enjoyment. Just be sure to turn off the gas completely when you're finished and cover it back up.
Queens Grant villas are in Palmetto Dunes Resort and include access to multiple pools and beautifully maintained landscaping and paths throughout.
We're located in the Foxhall grouping of Queens Grant villas.
Entering our villa from the parking lot is a bit tricky. Note the sign for 650 has an arrow pointing right but it really means straight ahead and to the left :) ... we're beholden to the HOA on this one!
Upon arriving, you'll note the August remote lock. Just enter the code you received and re-enter to lock when leaving. We also have a ring doorbell camera at the entrance.
The Sunnyside of Life Retreat - Hilton Head, Palmetto Dunes was designed to be fun and laidback. We have several family games including a wall size version of Connect4!
The kitchen has been fully updated with quartz countertops and is stocked with supplies for all your cooking ware needs.
There are plastic cups/wine glasses for use near the pool!
The kitchen has a stacked washer and dryer for utilization. You'll just need to provide your own laundry detergent.
Feel free to utilize the washer and dryer!
At the Sunnyside of Life Retreat, we've tried to cultivate a fun vibe and in the dining room you'll find a giant wall version of scrabble. Keep the game going for a couple days or more!

The Dunes House at Palmetto Dunes is right next to our beach access It's a casual, laid-back restaurant for beach side dining. The frozen cocktails aren't too bad either ;)
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed with large walk-in closets and en suite bath. There is also a LED TV with cable/roku access as well as direct access onto the deck.
The primary bath has dual sinks with bright lighting.
The second floor consists of a landing that leads to two bedrooms.
One of the two upstairs bedrooms features a king bed and has a wall mounted tv with cable/roku access. The room has a nice view of the golf course and it's own HVAC.
The bunk room can sleep four. It has a tv mounted on the wall with both cable and roku access. It also faces the golf course. It also has it's own HVAC in the room.
The "jack and jill" bath upstairs has a quartz counter dual sinks and a full bath/shower.

The Toptracer Range which is steps from our villa features 14 sun/rain blocking hitting bays and has the most advanced ball-tracking technology in golf. Track all your shot data and/or have fun competing with friends.
Wildlife abounds in HHI, it's one of our favorite things about the island is their conservation mindset. There are almost 200 species of birds including this egret that was nearby!
Across the street but with dedicated walking/bike paths is Shelter Cove with great shopping, restaurants and a harbor with amazing sunsets. They're will be weekly fireworks here throughout the high season!
Coligny Beach Park is a short bike ride away and is a full beach park with outdoor showers, changing rooms and various lounge options. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

HHI is ideal for biking with over 50 miles of paved, dedicated bike paths. Rent bikes near the heart of the resort from a variety of selections including hybrids, beach bikes or tandems along with kiddie cart and child seat options. Rent kayaks too!
The General Store is steps away from our deck and located near the tennis & pickleball center. It has been a “Hilton Head Institution” since 1979 with multiple awards including Best General Store and Best Fried Chicken in HHI. Breakfast & lunch daily
