Cozy 2BR Getaway | Pool & Gym

Stayed for a long weekend with my daughter and her boyfriend. We enjoyed this more than a hotel! Having our own kitchen was perfect! The community pool was fun. We were right close to everywhere we wanted to be. I stay in Jax a few times a year and will def be booking again.

Very peaceful, you have everything you need!

This was a last minute need for a job that came up. We located this place and from arrival to check out, we were very pleased. The apartment was easy to find, clean, and had all the things we needed. If you’re looking for an easy, clean, comfortable space for your time in Jacksonville we highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at this property in the same unit & it was great again. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great spot for a few days to unwind or just enjoy the area!

Luke’s place was a great place to stay. The property was very clean, exactly as described, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated the smooth experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

A nice space if you don't mind roaches, things that you pay for the use not working, not relaxed whatsoever when youre given housekeeping instructions the day before youre due to checkout even when its already covered at the start of a reservation. There are multiple rules and requirements for guests i.e. housekeeping and photos requested by the host. This all-in-all was not a relaxing stay, the owners are not about accommodation nor making your stay live up to the standard that their pricing is obviously set to. Though one positive thing is the kitchen amenities and space. Don't expect any type of discount, for example military or ask for an early check in/check out. Again, this is not their concern. 3 out of 10

Great host !

Luke accommodated us last minute for our trip since our previous place canceled on us. Plenty of space for our family of 5. the kids loced the pool and it was nice to have laundry in the unit. The only downside was having to find our own sleeping arrangements for our 1 year old since there was no pack n play. Thanks for hosting us Luke!

Great apartment for our week long stay in Jacksonville. The ground floor unit provided ease of access and included two full baths, one with handicapped accessible shower. This unit was our perfect for us because we were in Jacksonville for our daughter's surgery and needed these specific amenities. In our down time, we really enjoyed the pool and gym.

Luke is a very warm-welcoming host. Communication was spot on and he was very receptive to accommodations. The apartment was nice, clean, and in a quiet area. It is reasonably located near stores/shops too which was useful!

Luke was very easy to communicate with. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Close to convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and NAS. We will definitely book Luke's place in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, the complex was peaceful, and the gym and pool were great to have access to. It’s a perfect place to stay for two couples or a family, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. Would recommend!

My stay at Luke's place was awesome. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed for a long weekend. The beds at the home are very comfortable and I appreciated the TV in the bedroom for watching different programming than my travel companion. One of my favorite amenities was the gym. It was clean, well organized and had great equipment. I would definitely stay at Luke's again.

Luke's place was a fabulous stay. My family enjoyed it very much. Everything was just as the description said. We did run into a minor issue on using the pool but Luke was very responsive and helpful in a timely manor. All around it was a great but the best part....going home without dirty clothes! 🤣

Chill spot in a nice location. Luke was a great host and helped us with anything that came up. Would recommend.

Great Place To Stay,Felt Like Home Great Host

We enjoyed our stay! We were there for work, so coming back to Luke's clean and organized apartment at the end of the day was greatly appreciated. There were a few minor inconveniences around the apartment that needed to be attended to. Luke, however, was very good about responding to these issues in a timely manner.

The space was perfect for our short trip to orange park for a wedding. The hosts were super communicative and helpful.

The place was very clean fully loaded with everything you would have at home and I love the 2 baths and the fact the 2nd bathroom was perfectly equipped for my elderly mom, no complaints great place I will stay again!
